I ordered from just salad website at 6:20pm and the estimate pick up time were 6:46pm, I arrived around 6:40pm of course not expecting the order will be ready then I wait until 6:55pm, still not ready so I deicide to go the shop next order to walk around, when I return around 7:10pm the order still not ready yet so I asked the staff what is the status of my order, they are looking around and tell the other staff I am here, then they just start looking at the machine to print out the order, I was like "what?", so I ask what is the purpose I am order online up front, and ask them if I don't ask the will not start making my order, at the same time my wife called to me to pick her up about 5 min away then I tell the staff I will be back in 10 min, the staff replied back "I am making it now do you want your order", WITHOUT any apologies. First I am so confused what is the whole point I order online upfront? second, should I have to tell the staff I arrived the first time at 6:40pm? third, none of the staff apologies to me.

Just because food is healthy doesn’t mean it should taste bland. Parmesan bland salad no flavor at all like the chickpeas weren’t even soft. Had the pineapple smoothly the worst they used unripened fruit. I love salads I will use just good OO and balsamic but this place tastes blah and super pricey

Yessica and the team at the Commack location are great! They are super friendly and always so quick to help and assist their customers. The restaurant is always clean as well every time I visit. It's nice to go to a place where they are always friendly and willing to help! Great Job!!

Overall, I really like the food and come here often however, twice now I’ve gotten the chicken poblano salad and they did not include the crispy chicken despite it being a major part of the salad…(chicken is literally in the name)

Always looking for a good salad for lunch/dinner. First time here, the staff was friendly, the store is very clean and my salad was amazing, very generous portion. I like they had a variety of different dressings, I highly recommend the chipotle vinaigrette. I’ll be back to try the other ones !

This place is a hit or miss. Some days the food and service is great!! Others, the total opposite. Food is crap, they mess up and are understaffed. For a few weeks I was addicted to their market place bowls. I would do an online order with a pick up time. The first couple of weeks, food waiting for me... After that I would come 10 minutes late and food was not ready and had to wait to get someone's attention to get my food. There is no consistency with food or service.
