They do not have the sharpest people working in this place place an order and it takes about 45 minutes just for a tea be made. I don’t understand why they are so slow and when you go in there, they do not even acknowledge you. The service there is very poor

Being this was my first time in ny just salad,, I had high expectations, I ordered the Greek chicken bowl, with black lentils by basmati rice, the chicken was good. Basmati rice was a little hard, and the black lentils were very, very hard, very surprised because I had eaten at a just salad in Florida and it was very good.

I ordered from just salad website at 6:20pm and the estimate pick up time were 6:46pm, I arrived around 6:40pm of course not expecting the order will be ready then I wait until 6:55pm, still not ready so I deicide to go the shop next order to walk around, when I return around 7:10pm the order still not ready yet so I asked the staff what is the status of my order, they are looking around and tell the other staff I am here, then they just start looking at the machine to print out the order, I was like "what?", so I ask what is the purpose I am order online up front, and ask them if I don't ask the will not start making my order, at the same time my wife called to me to pick her up about 5 min away then I tell the staff I will be back in 10 min, the staff replied back "I am making it now do you want your order", WITHOUT any apologies. First I am so confused what is the whole point I order online upfront? second, should I have to tell the staff I arrived the first time at 6:40pm? third, none of the staff apologies to me.

Nice friendly atmosphere. The location offers healthy meals and healthy salads. Lots of variation and what you can choose and you can even customize your own menu. Definitely recommend if you want to eat something healthy. Staff is nice and will help you along the way.

Won’t be going back out of principle. Awful. Ordered the Crispy Chicken Salad. Salad was delivered with no Chicken. Called and they refused to remake it and deliver correctly. Offered a $3.50 refund for missing the chicken. If your $20 cheeseburger arrived with no burger, would you accept a $3.50 refund for the burger and accept the rest of the meal for balance that you paid. Terrible.
Can’t support a business with these types of principles.

Just because food is healthy doesn’t mean it should taste bland. Parmesan bland salad no flavor at all like the chickpeas weren’t even soft. Had the pineapple smoothly the worst they used unripened fruit. I love salads I will use just good OO and balsamic but this place tastes blah and super pricey
