The service was great. Hearing about just a salad place, I was a bit skeptical at first. However, the food look and tasted great. Their PB Protein smoothie was excellent. Gabby was the employee that helped us and she was amazing!

Was my first time at Just Salad, and it was unbelievable. I built my own salad and got the chicken thighs mixed in. Chicken was tasty and tender, vegetables were fresh, the place was immaculate and the staff was very friendly. Oh the peanut Thai sauce was good enough to drink. Yeah it's a bit pricey but what do you expect. Yes I will be back. Great meal for after the gym.

I went there on a Thursday evening ordered the beet goat salad. It was amazing. I had saved some for the following day. It was still amazing( dressing on the side of course!!! My niece came for a visit on Friday. I said we are ordering from just salad. I wanted the same beet salad but no chicken extra beets and extra goat cheese. Brought my order home never checked. I was saving it for Saturday !! Couldn't wait ... I opened up the bowl.... It was Caesar lettuce a glob of goat cheese and a few shredded beets ... it was disgusting I called my niece ( my niece said they didn't speak or understand English well) so I go back tonight to get my beet salad with kale goat cheeses quinoa and walnuts!!! Just like the menu says ... my hubby brings it home .... It was soaked with dressing soggy lettuce and just gross !!! I'm sorry I never complain about food I just don't go back. But I was hoping a Salad pls e would be my new fav. ... then they tried to charge me 16.99 for a really soggy gross salad after I paid 15.00 the day before. I didn't mind the 15.00 charge for the first beet salad j ordered. I'm just disappointed was hoping for a new place I would frequent. After the first night I was telling everyone how great. I will not go back. I'm sure they don't care. I've never written a review before !! Hope they care more about customers in the future.

they are CONSTANTLY forgetting things whenever i order on doordash!!!! always forget either the lemon, or bread, and i even ordered the chicken and goat cheese bowl and they forgot all of the chicken???? what a joke this place is. they have good food so it’s unfortunate that my experience with this place has never been a good one. never ordering again from here.

Very much reminiscent of Sweet Green. Normally I make my own salads at these type of establishments. I got a Japanese-inspired salad here. It was good and it was a lot of food. Basically, this place is great for a quick bite don't the go. Staff was friendly and worked quicky.

Best salads in the area. Everything tastes fresh, can't say that about some other salad chains around here. Only gripe is that mobile orders are never ready when they say. Even with a 20+ minute lead time, I'm always waiting for it when I get there to pick it up.
Our second time going to " Just Salad" in this past month. First time we waited for over twenty minutes (and it wasn't busy except for the flies throughout the place both times we went which is disgusting ) only to have the takeout order completely wrong . Second time was a mistake going back because our daughter ordered for the family without letting us know. Wilted old lettuce and rubbery chicken that seemed to be straight from a frozen bag ...not real chicken more than likely processed parts. Processed from what is the question? And of course the order was not correct. Just a disappointing experience all the way around will never go back.

Don’t chose delivery….there is always an issue. Twice my order never even came. You can’t call the store directly and the 866 number for customer support doesn’t solve any of the issues. Great salads, but delivery service really sucks!!

I can still remember vividly , tweeting to Just Salad that they needed to come to Long Island. This was over a decade ago. Now they are in Commack and although their menu is vastly different I still commend this brand for sticking with their message of sustainability. A decade ago, I would walk in with my reusable green bowl at one of their sporadic locations in Manhattan. I would go between ordering the JS Turkey Club or Chipotle Cowboy. That Turkey salad is long gone but the Chipotle Cowboy still holds a spot firmly on that menu. It looks a tad bit different with the standard being plant based chicken for protein but you're definitely able to substitute. I enjoyed my salad and substituting the Smoky Poblano Ranch instead of the chipotle vinaigrette that it came with. That dressing brought me back! Finally this location is bright, spacious and still looks brand spanking new with how clean it looks. The staff hustled for the lunch rush and they were just overall friendly. Grateful that this spot is now here and I believe their other location is now in Melville. Now I need them to come to Queens! Hopefully it doesn't take another 10 years.

We were there for the opening and continue to go. Tonight we each chose the Crispy Chicken Poblano, while light on the chicken, it was absolutely delicious. We will continue to be customers. It was very busy for a Wednesday night after 7pm. Speaks volumes.
