The worst food experience ever. 9:30 pm order. The food was dry and cold. The Special with four thighs only had two plus a dried up drum stick and wing. The ten wings were cold, dried out, had more breading than meat. The fries were old, cold and droopy, like they had been wet before they went into my box. Biscuits all tasted like Day Old bread. All around I ordered $48.00 plus $3.94 tax for garbage to serve my guests.
KFC should close this nasty place down. One Star was given because there are no Negative Stars. Nasty Nasty Nasty!!!!!

The woman at the drive thru on 5/16/2025 @1pm had an EXTREMELY NASTY ATTITUDE!!! The whole time taking our order she was so nasty. Her attitude was disgusting! We almost left it was so bad. But my brother was starving and we were in the drive thru so we just sat there till we got the food that cost wayyyy to much money the price of the crappy food is insane! Don't go to this KFC

On January 7th, I ordered from KFC and picked up my order. Unfortunately, the customer service I experienced was shockingly rude and unprofessional. The staff clearly need customer service training. Right after picking up my order, I took about 30 seconds to enter the GPS address for my next destination since there were no cars behind me. Despite this, the employee rudely told me to leave the pickup window. Her tone was disrespectful, and I felt rushed and unwelcome. She even pointed upwards, seemingly referencing cameras that monitor stopping times at the window, as if to justify her behavior.

If KFC is enforcing policies that prioritize speed over customer satisfaction, it’s a terrible approach. This interaction left a bad impression, and I will not be returning to this location with such unfriendly service and disregard for customers.

I purchased a piece chicken yesterday. Breast and wing side order I took coleslaw. I went back to work I saw leg and thigh.so I went there today and said it to the manager on duty. I ordered a breast and wing yesterday and I got leg and thigh which leg and thigh is on sale for $5.00 something and they charged me $10.85 yesterday how do you go about this ? I didn’t have the receipt but the charge was on my phone and the signal picking up in the restaurant. She ask as if I came in to make a big deal over $5.00 . What is really $5.00 ? All the care about is a paycheck and not the company there work for. And if the company close half of the time they struggle to find a job because they have no customer service.

Food was overpriced and overcooked
Chicken tenders were small, very dry, and hard to chew. This was my second trip to KFC in 3 months, 2 different stores, and the same result.

Manager is an absolute savage. Never met a more unprofessional person. Literally gave me the wrong chicken because the chicken I ordered wasn’t ready yet. Had to make a trip back to get the correct order and she complained that a bite from a piece of chicken was missing.
If there’s a wait for a food item to get cooked, tell your customer instead of giving them whatever is back there! Worst service ever.

I dont eat fast food I went in the drive thru for cup of water and somehow ended up with a lemonade and then they were disrespectful after I told them it was wrong. Manager doesn't deserve her job

I have never been to this location and I will never go back!! The food was ready on time but that is where the good part ends. We were in the mood for something not that healthy. KFC would fit the bill. It started out ok but…
The french fries were very soggy and cold.
Then we got to the chicken which wasn’t hot.
I then found a long black hair in the Mac & Cheese. No one in my house has black hair!!
That was it…DONE! I saw the reviews and decided not to bother going to the store to complain.
