Had a serious craving for Chinese food, but if you have celiac, your options are crazy limited. I found myself at Mogu ordered spicy bang bang fried rice with chicken. Totally accommodating on the allergy. I got in my car and noticed there was no chicken, but the rice was amazing. Went back inside to see if I could just deal with the fried rice as is then they offered to remake the whole thing. Reluctant to give up the fried rice and deal with it, they remade it with the chicken...
