Great food and service and they had live entertainment with a woman singing she was very good also.
From the moment we drove up to the restaurant, the valet was very respectful! We were greeted immediately by the hostess and shown to our table upstairs. Out waitress (forgot her name) greeted us immediately and took our drink orders. She told us the specials and explained them very well. She was VERY attentive! The food was incredible! This was our first time there and definitely will not be our last! We we not rushed! The food came out hot! The sang Happy Birthday to me, which I did not expect and comped my dessert. This is not your basic Italian restaurant. The menu items have me wanting to go back and try everything!
I've been to this restaurant for many years and have always enjoyed it. Unfortunately this time the sauce was completely wrong (A la Vodka) on 2 of the dishes for my guests and my scallops had a funky taste to them. I highly recommend eating at the bar over sitting at a table here. The service is consistently much faster and overall a much better experience.
Another outstanding dining experience. Shrimp oreganato was excellent, as was my Mahi Mahi special. Service too was exceptional.
Delicious flavoring horrible chef cold food raw pasta dishes 100% direct reflection on owner upon compliant he didn’t even address the table NEVER AGAIN
Had a wonderful evening celebrating our wedding anniversary! The food was absolutely delicious and the dessert was amazing! There was a singer named Kristen in the bar area , who was awesome .... Enjoyed every moment dining at Maninno's!
Everything was fantastic! Service and food were excellent. We enjoyed our evening and would definitely go back.
Service was 5 star! Ordered a $180 Tomahawk steak medium rare and it was rare to raw. Terrible waste of a piece of meat. 3 other meals at the table were good, but no where close being worth the price charged. 5 star Italian restaurant that doesn't know how to make a medium rare steak is not worth a 5 star tab!
Overall it was a really nice meal. Food was outstanding. My wine glass had a chip in the rim which knicked my lip. It was brought to our servers attention & he brought me a fresh glass but still charged us for the wine. Aside from that, it was a good experience. We were sat in the bar which was a tad loud but manageable.
We had reservations for Father's Day. I have been here 2x before and it was great, needless to say this time was different. We ordered the meatball appetizer, it was horrible, no taste , texture was terrible. I usually order the pappardelle Bolognese with meatball and pork.. the pasta was tasted off , the sauce was not the same as usual, basically it was just a red sauce with chop meat... Very unsatisfactory, especially for paying almost $300!! Won't come back again.

I've been a loyal customer of Mannino's since the days it was on Commack Road, so it pains me to write this review. While the food is still solid, the service has declined dramatically. On this recent visit, we waited over an hour and 20 minutes for our meals after being seated. Some dishes arrived incorrect, and getting even a cocktail felt like pulling teeth. Our waiter was nowhere to be found — we literally had to walk up to the front of the house just to ask for assistance. This level of neglect is unacceptable, especially from a restaurant I've supported for years. Good food doesn't make up for being ignored. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the experience was disappointing on every level except the kitchen.
This was our second time this month dining here. We originally went with friends, everyone had nothing but great reviews of foodand service. I had gemelli alla Siciliana, most had Sunday sauce. This week I had the orechetti and my husband had penne supreme. Again great food. The shrimp cocktail, 3 jumbo shrimp, was $26, a little steep. I had baby artichokes, delicious. It is a little dark inside but very accommodating by bringing up the lights.
This is our favorite restaurant, Sunday sauce is absolutely delicious! Never disappointed at Mannino's.
Celebrated our 57th anniversary. Alex is an excellent waiter and the wait staff is always on top of things, adding water, clearing the table, etc. Placed a burning sizzler on the dessert an d Alex took our picture. Because we celebrated our anniversary, the dessert was complementary. Great food and exceptional service. We were never rushed.
Been looking to go for along time and finally made it made and so glad we did! Fish was so fresh and clean; entire staff highly attentive and personable. Desserts amazing.
