I order the new Spicy Egg McMuffin. The employee was taking my order with a very rude attitude, they told me “Sausage” and I repeat “just the spicy Egg McMuffin” I was on my way to work and when I get here and check the order I get a Sausage one. I can not eat this. 🫤

Everything was good, except when I used the restroom, It was disgusting, nasty, paper all over the floor, I mean seriously, a place so famous like McDonald's, should at least have a cleaning crew every 2 hours or something, or at least keep the place clean! I think this is the worse restroom I've seen in a long time.

The absolute worst customer service in any McDonald's I've ever experienced their employees are rude disrespectful and don't know how to treat people. Presented a survey code on a receipt and was refused service. Was told to get back online after waiting for quite a while. Don't go here.

If you use the drive thru you waste time. Even if you are the only one, they make you wait parked after you pay for your food then they bring it out taking their time. Ridiculous.
