Drive through staff was rude ,.nobody checked our order that was clear on the receipt and wrong food was given. My son nuggets were correct but over cooked along with the fries. Stear clear of this place and pick a different location

Just left Saturday 10/27/24 at 12:40 pm , there was a girl and guy working the drive though. The guy was maybe Spanish, has glasses and bangs super nasty! We ordered 2 sodas through the app and paid. He was asking for money and said we need to pay I showed him phone that it was paid. Gave attitude and told the girl to give us sodas and said we don’t know how to order. Rude and ignorant. The guy is probably in his 30s, should deff have better customer service.

Fast food is more like slow food. Order in Mobil app and it takes about 15-20 minutes just to get food. Uber is never ready takes about 15 minutes for that too. I don’t know why it’s so slow but when your in a rush this isn’t the place to go
I normally will only write a Google review whether it's positive or negative if something really stands out on my visit to the restaurant. And tonight somebody certainly did. Not only is Brian from the night crew the hardest worker in the building but he actually takes a second to make sure all of his guests are happy with the food and service and actually resolved a big issue I was having, by himself. He is by far management material and you guys are lucky to have Brian on your payroll. Keep up the great work BRIAN !!!!

I got food poisoning from this location on 7/18. I ate a Big Mac, fries and a McFlurry. I would suggest a different location.
