Upon walking in I was pretty sure we were in for a great experience. It was a quiet Tuesday evening, but the atmosphere is like a Japanese izakaya crossed with an American diner, as there was plenty of booth style seating but the decor was all izakaya. I was with my wife and mother, my mother is not particularly adventurous when it comes to Japanese cousins but was very impressed with her soup and the tuna and salmon rolls she ordered. I went with the sushi omakase, which was presented beautifully and they were happy to accommodate my request for no eel. They even topped some of my pieces with urchin or roe. The quality of the fish was top notch, the salmon appeared wild caught with a nice rich hue. I'd highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to returning.

Simply put, this place is in my top 5 restaurants. I’ve been coming here quite some time, since they first opened under a different name, and have loved them 100% since the first time. Delicious food, casual atmosphere with nice mood lighting, a gorgeous blend of modern and traditional Japanese decor. The drinks are spectacular too! As a local I am actually begging you to please come try this place!!

We had some appetizers and entrees. The 24-hour boneless short ribs was awesome. The Scottish Salmon was tasty but a little dry. Also loved the Juicy Colada!

Always great service, food, and drinks. Kids love it and my wife and I always sneak out to come here without them...lol. Food is always fresh and the skewers are amazing 🤩!!!

It was my husband birthday and i decided to surprise him we drove almost 2 hours and we enjoyed every moment the sushi
It was my husband's birthday, and I wanted to surprise him. We traveled nearly two hours and cherished every moment. The sushi was fantastic, especially the Angry Dragon, and the drinks were excellent. Our server, Kevin J, was incredibly helpful and made the experience enjoyable. We will absolutely be returning soon—it's a must!

Great veggie gyoza, and edamame appetizers… followed by killer short rib shoyu ramen!! Very friendly and attentive service- we’ll definitely be back!!
