Tonight I had a wonderful experience at Miller’s Ale House. I went with my family to celebrate my sister and my nephew‘s birthdays. We were seated promptly in a nice spacious comfortable booth. We were approached by our wonderful waitress, Jenine! I must say she took her time with our order and although we had a large group of people, she was very patient with all of our requests. She was kind and thoughtful. She was very friendly and made our experience really great! When she came to bring the desserts to celebrate the birthdays, she stayed with us to sing, and to express her good wishes for a Happy Birthday!! She went out of her way to make us feel very comfortable and welcomed. We would definitely come back and wanted to give a big shout out for Jenine. She was very pleasant and you don’t always find that everywhereThank you Jenine. God bless her!

My family came to Miller's Ale House from a play at Engeman Theater in Northport this Saturday night. We were seated quickly and there was plenty of booth space for everyone in our party. Our waitress, Jeninie, gave us plenty of time to sort out what we wanted, and clearly answered our questions, so that no one was at a loss when it came time to order.Even though the place seemed busy, our order was filled reasonably fast. The sauce that came with the potstickers appetizer was great. The food was good quality. The "Cue" Bacon Burger that I had was especially good.My Aunt suggested to Jeninie that she put a candle on my and my mom's desserts since our birthdays are coming up this week. She brought over two of the Captain Jack's ice cream cakes and took a moment to join our family in singing Happy Birthday. We chatted with her about the theater. It is nice to be served by someone acquainted with the area.Tonight was a great start to me and my mom's birthdays.

Definitely recommend for a good bite to eat. Had potstickers and the prime rib on special. Potstickers always good. Prime rib, surprisingly since this is a franchise, was very good. Highlight dessert was capt. Jacks buried treasure. Must try for the dessert lover. Staff extremely friendly,(with a shout out to Nikki our bartender and Dave the manager) price was super affordable. We definitely will be returning.

Met friends for dinner on a Saturday. Wait time was reasonable (15 minutes) for a Saturday evening ( must be a new check in system using one's phone which the greeter seemed to be a little overwhelmed tracking). Our server was pleasant and professional and immediately asked if we were ready to order but we explained we just sat down and hadn't even read the menu . Our party basically ordered apps, salads and sandwiches. The spinach dip and broccoli soup were great. The salads were a good sized portion. Unfortunately my sandwich ( the Ruben St Pats special) was not delivered with the other meals. I waited 20 minutes after the others were served before my meal arrived ( but it was hot). I think it was due to a shortage of cooks as I witnessed 9 servers by the kitchen counter waiting on orders. Additionally Never saw my waiter during the wait to get an update on the delay!Despite the wait the sandwich was good. Our party ordered two deserts ( cheesecake and their ice cream cake). Both were good although my friend mentioned the cheesecake was partially frozen ( must have been recently taken out of the freezer). Regarding the overall pub like ambiance there is a large bar area, several high tables near the bar and booths throughout the restaurant. Interesting decor throughout. In summary the food is reasonably priced which is why I ranked the restaurant 4 stars while the service is OK (which may be subject to the day of the week and staffing levels). Plenty of parking and conveniently located off Route 454.

Went with friends and family to watch the game, service was ok, a little slow at times but looked to have only one person working the back room, we actually got up and ordered drinks at the bar quicker then being served. Food was good for bar food, overall it was good to take the kids and watch the game.Kid-friendliness: Good place for kids
