Burgers dogs sides and fries were top notch bathroom and floors squeaky clean and soda fountains were properly maintained with adequate syrup. Place is a former taco bell from decades ago and is never a hit n miss. TV works well and staffers inside and the drive thru were very friendly would eat here again!

I am still shocked. I waited at the drive up window for 32 minutes for a completely plain hamburger and a medium bacon ranch fries. All the time that I waited all I could hear were the workers screaming, laughing and fooling around. When I finally received my food, after 1 bite the burger tasted of old food on the grill and even tasted of burnt something, I don't even want to think about it and the bacon ranch fries, what a joke.I will never go there again and if I was you I would think twice. Don't flush your hard earned money down the toilet.

Waited on line for at least 40 minutes which I understand, what I don't understand is getting the whole $25.00 order wrong. Repeated it 2x, but obviously what I wanted was ignored but believe me they made to charge me right.Will never go back there again and will spread the word that they don't listen.Entire order tossed in garbage. I don't have $25.00 to throw away. SHAME
I cant remember the last time I left a negative review...has to be a decade at least, ( just looked back at my history, its 7 years) so you know I'm not BSing....Just ordered from grub hub..Not only did they forget the hot dog (yes I was charged for it) The onion rings came in a container full of grease inside and out.. The burger was a big lump of grease (not cooked to the option I chose) also in a greasy container.. I requested utensils and not even a napkin or Ketchup packet... I realize not to expect much from a restaurant like this but please do a better job nathan's of Commack..grub hub refunded my money for everything so kudos to them!

What a happy experience! Mom wanted a Nathan hot dog. Ordering drive up no problems everything clear and easy. Got to window. What a nice surprise to have a polite efficient employee at the window...biggest take away other then the delicious hot dogs was the sincere smile the young man gave as he handed me the bag and wished us a good day!! Wow! So refreshing!
