We waited an hour past our reservation for a booth but nevrt got it Was seated next to a party 40 adults and 6 kids running around the restaurant screaming. The adults were extremely loud doing shots and shouting No one can over to accomdate us to another table you asked if they could fo anyhting for us. None of the adults were watching the kids. Honestly it was the worst dining experience. Never go back

See pic. This was $2. It’s a sauce in a half inch container containing mayo and sriracha. I have been to places that don’t charge and occasionally some that charge 50¢. Two dollars for less than a teaspoon of mayonnaise is enough reason for me never to return. If you’re going to exploit your customers, you should make the rest of the food worth it. It’s not.

The sashimi was fabulous. Service and timing of dishes was very good, attentive staff. Loved my spicy lobster miso, Skip the duck bao bun; mine was all fat. Tempura soft shell crab was very good, nicely done. The spicy lobster roll was large, nice piece of tuna, but I didn't care for the lobster salad mush on top. While I enjoyed the saxophone- one reason we went- the restaurant was too loud for us, both the talking from other patrons and the music.

Waited 45 minutes for our order - All we got was a “Thank you for waiting” - Ordered steak and shrimp but I got CHICKEN and shrimp instead which wasn’t too good
Awful service. Took about 10 minutes to get a drink and I had to remind the waitress multiple times to bring out my food/drinks. I understand once forgetting an order but this accrued 6 total times throughout my meal. My oysters never even came. This drew the line for me. Atmosphere was overall okay. Water tasted like it was laced with bleach. Overall not a great experience. Would not recommend to anyone, ever.

Food was great. Issue was with Nisen not being able to take my NISEN gift card. They said system was down... never experienced such a thing. I feel this is unacceptable.. anyone else experience this with this place?
