This place is starting to become Hit and Miss.. used to go here for many years but it's changed. This time I brought a friend with me and they found a long hair in their food. The manager wasn't notified nor were we offered any concession on the bill For the slip up. I literally had to ask The waiter to take her off the bill.

Y’all have no idea how good their burgers are, so delicious. The food, the service, the atmosphere is all great. Very allergy friendly, as someone who has a lot of allergies I would highly recommend this place. The only thing I don’t like about Outback is that they close super early on Sundays, in my personal opinion I don’t think restaurants should close early on Sundays, but other than that, everything is amazing and fantastic.

Recently came to Outback for my mom's birthday. Our server Tianna-Marie was very sweet and attentive. The restaurant was busy but she didn’t forget about us and was very precise in getting our order correct. The food was enjoyable and a good value. Would definitely come back again.

I go here a decent amount of time. I use the dining rewards app to make a preferred seating reservation. I earn points towards food. Staff is friendly especially Mary, who helped us this past weekend. They are accommodating and food is good.

We went to Outback in Commack, NY for the complimentary Veterans Day 3-course special meal. (Thank you Outback!) It was very crowded due to the Veterans Day special. However, the host & reservation desk were very accomodating. Our server, Emande`, was excellent, very friendly & courteous! I had the 6-ounce Sirloin 3-course meal, which was ok, but the steak was a little tough. My wife had the Aussie Cobb Salad with grilled chicken, which was excellent. The atmosphere was ok too, but it had a noticeable stale odor, which I have noticed in other Outback restaurants.
