The service was impeccable. The food temperature and taste was great. Management came by to check on us. We felt very valued.

We went there for dinner 7 of us. We ordered Blooming Onions (delicious), porterhouse steak which was too rare for medium rare, desserts and coffee ($4). Our server was Mary she was very attentive and nice.

Food is not bad even the young girl serving us was not bad at all but when you are chewing your steak and trying to swallow it you don’t want to be asked questions. I know she was trained to do that but Americans w should stop doing that. Nobody wants to be bothered while eating. Then the manager comes to ask same question. It’s like a questionnaire but all you want is to be left alone and enjoy your food. They should say I’ll be around if you need me and that’s it. If you need them you will call them. Americans should change this part. It’s like shooing off annoying flies. You just want to it. They should make it free if they don’t let you eat without being bothered. It’s not even appropriate in other cultures. It’s like you don’t want to be bothered when you are sleeping. The same is with eating . Period.

Had a great experience here… Our waiter Jake S was from start of service to end of service absolutely amazing!!! He was friendly and very attentive. Anything we needed he was right there with a smile!!! I must say everyone that came to our table was extremely pleasant!!! Definitely will be back and asking for Jake!!!

We've dined numerous times at the Outback in Commack and it has always been terrific. Everything is delicious, especially the loaded baked sweet potatoes. The food quality is excellent... and so are the servers.
They say it all starts at the top and it really is true here. The manager, Ray is an awesome guy who really makes you feel welcome.
I had a good experience at Outback Steakhouse. The food was delicious and well-prepared, but the service was just okay. It wasn’t bad, but it could have been more attentive. Overall, I’d come back for the food, but I hope for a better service experience next time.
