We were there last night with our parents, after raving about our experience there a few weeks ago on a Sunday. Food is excellent, the restaurant is beautiful, and we loved it the first time we went. Last night was beyond disappointing, food was still excellent but it was beyond ridiculously LOUD. We were sat next to a very large party (about 30 people) that should have had their own room or area and not have been right in the front of the dining room. Our server was nice, but was overwhelmed with the amount of tables he had and the service was slow and lacking. We had to leave before they were able to serve the cake because the noise was just too much and my husband ended up getting a migraine. The manager Billy came over, apologized, and said our cake would be right out so we could leave- however, in the chaos of the moment they ended up cutting someone else’s cake instead of ours. He comped part of our bill, which wasn’t necessary but generous and appreciated. I really wanted to love this place, but last night just ruined it for us. My mom worked so hard to plan a nice anniversary surprise for us, and it was ruined.

Place is good. The food is actually good but not amazing, the best dish is the Veal Chop Valadastano! The staff is really what makes it, Billy is beyond amazing, so friendly, personable and overall a delight when you walk into the place. He knows everyone by name and makes you feel welcomed!! Angel is also a great bartender, makes an amazing espresso martini.

We’ve been there twice and it’s a highly recommend!
We were in a bind when the original venue for our mother’s birthday was shut down. We found them thanks to family, friends and connections!
From the beginning they were super accommodating for 35 people. Whatever we thought of or wanted substituted they agreed to.
Overall, it’s a great place. The restaurant is clean, the food is great, they have a family style option, the drinks are great and they have 4 bathrooms.
We went there again for dinner and will keep going there not just because of the food but because Julio and Emily treat you down to earth like family. 10/10.

This is my third review of the Patricia’s chain. I’ve been to the MASSapequa Commack and Hauppauge. Today was Commack for the first time and they didn’t let me down. From my initial phone call with Carlos who is kind and professional to my staff EMILY and Sam. Everyone of them was professional, kind, helpful, and pleasant to work with. The food was over the top worth every penny. I can’t say enough about the kindness of the staff with 10 of us including four small grandchildren. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and we will be back.
