We've been here maybe 3 or 4 times always for a birthday. The dessert platter makes this a great birthday place. However, one of the times we were there, my credit card was charged twice which took months and a dispute to get resolved. So, this last time, I took cash to avoid another situation. When it was time to pay the bill, the other family was paying with a card and they now charge a credit card fee. I asked the waiter if the fee would be reduced to reflect my cash and he said no. I thought maybe he misunderstood that I was asking for the whole fee to be taken off. So I asked again, I have to pay the fee on my cash? and he said yes. After letting him know that it was illegal to profit off a credit card charge in NY he said he has to do what his manager says. Ultimately, they removed the whole fee after arguing. But I'm not going to give this restaurant a 3rd chance to rob me.

Nice restaurant, food is excellent ?, service little slow, took a wile to get a drink. Great coctails. Nice presentation. Definitely come back there for family dinner.

Been here many times and I will continue to go back! Such a cute spot for a night out! Their pizza and Mac & cheese are so good. Didn’t love the brunch food when I went (my omelette was very overcooked), but every time I’ve went for dinner, the food was amazing!

We celebrated a friend's birthday at Prato 850 on Saturday afternoon. We were a group of 10 and we had a good portion of the corner of the bar and a few tables. The place is huge and the decor is awesome. They have 2 outdoor seating areas that are perfect for private parties . There are plenty of huge flat screen TVs for every sport. The service was great. We had Nonna's meatballs w/ ricotta, hot wingsthat were huge, the large pretzel and a Chicken BLT pizza drizzled with hot honey. It was incredible. The tray of desserts they brought out for my friend's birthday was insane. It was everything on the dessert menu including fresh zeppoles right out of the fryer. I wish it was closer to me in Bellmore but it's definitely worth the trip to Commack. They'll be opening another one in Patchogue soon.

Overall 5 star mostly due to the excellent service by Colleen, the outrageous mac&cheese, and the delicious Italian steak sandwich. The wings were a little over done but still tasty. This is a party type atmosphere with a lot of fun music but a little too loud for us older folks but We still all enjoyed it will definitely come back.
