This is a review for Prime Burger at the US Open. Food was horrendous. Undercooked hot dogs that got us nauseous and gritty overcooked dry burgers. We ending up just eating the fries which were good. Waste of $50 and waiting on a long line for it. Stay away if you’re at the US Open next week.

The burger was Amazing.I asked for medium/well and that's what I got. It was a juicy burger and the tast was great. I asked for French fries cooked well. They came hot and crisp, NOT BURNED. Just the way I like them. The server was on the ball with everything,and very polite.

I ordered take out so two young ladies standing at the hostess stand no smiles nothing..(I felt it was a race thing to be honest someone else came in and they where all smiles) its 2024 get better feelings about human beings or go live in caves. Neither one went to check on my order when it did come The lady who carried it was also meh in greetings..I tasted the fries cold..I told her my fries are cold she said it would take a long time for new ones ..I left didn't even want to experience that lack lust energy from them anymore. The steak was dry on that sandwich to be that exspensive I was looking for a way better experience. I am a top reviewer on Google so I don't knick pic. I know New Yorkers especially Long Islanders are rude people but in the business world you smile greet your guest and make sure they have a great dinning experience. Go meditate and nose breathe if you have issues with life we all are just existing out here. DO BETTER!!

I just went yesterday and WOW!! The “Drunken Goat” was phenomenal and the staff was even better. Lily our server outdid herself with her great recommendations and lovely smile. This place is a HIT. I recommend it heavily and ask for Lily!

We happened to finish a job nearby and were looking for a burger and we decided to give this place a try. The bartender Madison was very nice and recommended good beers and food to go with them. She gave us great service and you can't really ask for anything more than that.
