I've been to princess deli in the past and haven't had much to complain about, but recently the quality of food and service has significantly decreased. The older woman working behind the counter had an attitude and refused to listen to any feedback whatsoever. Additionally, the egg salad I received smelled absolutely rancid and tasted beyond foul. Our drinks were also warm and my coworkers sandwich was very obviously microwaved and soggy. To top it off our side salads were barely mediocre and they forgot to give us forks to eat it with. I will not be returning to princess deli.

Giving this place 1 star due to poor hygiene. The kid working behind the counter was handling cash with the same gloves he used to prepare food. I watched him count money, then make my sandwich without changing gloves, clearly contaminating the food. He returned to the register and handled cash again, still without changing gloves. This is beyond unsanitary. If you don’t believe it, see it for yourself. I’m not a local—just passing through—but hopefully this review pushes them to improve their hygiene.

I’ve been coming to this bagel shop since it opened, usually at least twice a week. The product is decent and the location couldn’t be more convenient, just two minutes from my house. But the rude, unwelcoming attitude of the rude woman at the register was the last straw. I can overlook a lot for convenience, but not being treated with basic courtesy. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

Catered from there this summer for a family reunion. Food was great- salad and fruit were very fresh, heroes were good. Family raved. Only problem was that they did not have enough staff available to do delivery so we had to pickup instead.

Food is good but that older lady with blonde hair & high pony tail on top is very rude !!!! Going to hurt business eventually because of her so somebody better get her straight,,, word of mouth travels!!!
Listen, this place has great food, don’t get me wrong, but this older female worker seems to always be in a bad mood and continuously have an issue with literally EVERYONE. You’ll know her when you see her; blonde high ponytail, you’ll see. If you’re looking for a better place, just go to bagel chalet, because that woman and her attitude makes me want to stay away from here.
