I’ve been coming to this bagel shop since it opened, usually at least twice a week. The product is decent and the location couldn’t be more convenient, just two minutes from my house. But the rude, unwelcoming attitude of the rude woman at the register was the last straw. I can overlook a lot for convenience, but not being treated with basic courtesy. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

Catered from there this summer for a family reunion. Food was great- salad and fruit were very fresh, heroes were good. Family raved. Only problem was that they did not have enough staff available to do delivery so we had to pickup instead.

Food is good but that older lady with blonde hair & high pony tail on top is very rude !!!! Going to hurt business eventually because of her so somebody better get her straight,,, word of mouth travels!!!

Listen, this place has great food, don’t get me wrong, but this older female worker seems to always be in a bad mood and continuously have an issue with literally EVERYONE. You’ll know her when you see her; blonde high ponytail, you’ll see. If you’re looking for a better place, just go to bagel chalet, because that woman and her attitude makes me want to stay away from here.

Best deli in the area. Food is always fresh, staff is always friendly and helpful, even on busy weekend mornings. Wide variety to choose from, including vegetarian options.
Vegetarian options: Several eggplant or all veggie heroes available, in addition to salads.
So I saw the amazing reviews via door dash, too good to go, and grub hub and I wanted to check this deli out. I walked in and this guy that was around my age(20-23) took my order and he was great and super nice! But there was a middle aged white male working with him and there was a lot of middle aged white males in the deli waiting. He went to each one to talk and ask if they’re getting helped ( even if they were) and I realized I was the only person that didn’t get asked. I don’t know if it’s a sexism thing or a racism thing but if you’re going to ask others ask me as well. The food was pretty good but I wouldn’t give it a 4.9.

New management (2022-currenf) is superb. Lunch specials are extremely reasonable and portions are big enough for two portions. This place is an honest and friendly family business that deserves more business from the community.
