2/23/2023, I pull up to the window at 10:14 to order my ice and the girl said they were closed when on the website it says they close at 10:30 and she was extremely nasty. Customer service has always been 0/10 so I'm not surprised.

This spot is a mash up with a bunch of different restaurants out of one kitchen. I stopped for Nathan's - the food was made fresh and it was delicious. They also had a burger place, Toxic wings, chicken, a cookie joint and Ralph's Ices... all at one counter. Very small area, so not a lot of space to wait. I didn't mind though since Nathan's are few and far between on Long Island now (which is a shame).

I come a half an hour before closing and I get a window slammed in my face telling me they’re closed. The workers had no problem serving their friends when I showed up but then suddenly were “closed” when I stepped up to the window and went back to talking to their friends outside. Never coming back.
