One of the worse places my wife an i been too..15 bucks for a burger thats so far from Gourmet that Mc. 1/4 lb w/cheese wins hand down .service was even worse . We went on opening week ,plates were used from somewhere else as was the plastic glasses. My wife seen food stuck in her glass while drinking an ran to the toilet avoiding purging on the floor .management ....? What management , no comp, No can i do something else for you , nothing, clueless! Im glad they went bust. It was just a matter of time they would gotten people sick.

Once again we tried a new restaurant during the COVID-19 pandemic. Red Robin was a great choice.We ordered through a third party app, and the delivery was quick and contactless. The food was delivered to our front door in a large red bag. All of the items were in big containers and were clearly labeled.The grilled teriyaki chicken with Swiss cheese and pineapple was fabulous! Very generous portion size. It came with a side of steak fries, which were tasty and very thick. Excellent choice. The sauteed shroom cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and also came with a huge side of steak fries. Very good as well.I am very glad we chose Red Robin. I will definitely visit them when the pandemic restrictions ease up a bit. Highly recommended. You should definitely give them a try!

Called in from the parking lot for carry out. I could barely understand the hostess on the phone. Took three times to get the order right. Finally came to check out and pay and she told me they were closed and hung up the phone. I just made an 800 mile trip and really needed food. Thanks for nothing !USMC RETIRED0311Gulf War Veteran

Came here for curbside take out during the COVID-19 crisis. As soon as I pulled up, I was helped even before I called the phone number on the sign. The girls running the food orders out to the cars were very friendly. I was very pleased to see when I got home that my burger was cooked perfectly, unlike other restaurants. They followed all the special instructions from when I placed the order online to a T. Excellent service and excellent food means I'll definitely be coming back!

So heres the thing todays my birthday. 2 different orders at 2 different restaurants got screwed up so infigued is get a burger. Got home and the burger looked like someone stepped on it. And the onion rings were burnt. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, never mentioning my birthday, just the hassle. He apologized and said hed rather i have a better day and took the burger off my card. The burger itself tastes great and the manager was amazing.

This was my first time at Red Robin. I was looking forward to my meal. The food was pretty good, the Service was just alright, but the prices is why I gave 3 stars. We meaning 2 of us got one app, and each got burgers, and a 32 oz beers. Our bill was $85 with tip. Burgers we're good but not worth the money spent.
Pleasant to get take out from. I was showed my order and everything to make sure it was correct. Manager is terrific and without asking removed the sauce charges .99 cents each. Justice is a great waiter!

The menu has a great extensive list of different types of burgers. I ordered the Sweet Onion Burger. I exchanged the gruyere cheese for pepperjack cheese. It had onions in it. You also have a nice choice of buns. I chose the brioche bun. They made it rare, just to my liking! The burger was smaller than some other burger places I've gone to. The fries were pretty darn good I tried my wife's fingerling potatoes which were good too We also split a side of lobster mac and cheese which was bursting with flavor. It was creamy and there were chunks of fresh lobster in it. Great place.

Hostess seemed to have no clue about seating customers. Once we were seated it took a year and day for our server to acknowledge us. We ordered drinks and food at the same time. Again took a very long time for both. Burgers were not cooked the way we ordered. Had our server come to check on us it may been a different come
