I never wrote a bad review ever in my life. But I’m so pissed off so I have time today. I basically grew up in Huntington and get açaí bowls between Babylon, Melville, or the Syosset Sobol. Last time you guys gave me a regular açaí in a super.. I’m not a Karen so I made it a lesson and never went back. Now 10/2/24 again you guys do the same thing but this time give me 1 small scoop of cookie butter when I paid for 3 (mind you they charge a HEFTY amount for this when you compare to the actual price of cookie butter). Also your strawberries tasted sour, bananas were overripe, and açaí soupy as multiple other reviews say. Do yourself a favor and drive/order delivery to the next nearest sobol to you.

I recently visited Sobol Açaí and Smoothie Restaurant, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish!
First and foremost, the customer service was exceptional. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and took the time to explain the menu options, making recommendations based on my preferences. They were patient as I decided on my order, and their enthusiasm for the products made me even more excited to try them.
Now, onto the main event: the açaí bowls and smoothies! I opted for the classic açaí bowl topped with fresh fruits, granola, and a drizzle of honey. It was not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious. The açaí was perfectly blended—rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. The freshness of the toppings complemented it beautifully.
I also tried one of their smoothies, the Tropical Bliss, which was a refreshing mix of mango, pineapple, and coconut. It was the perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess, making it a delightful treat on a warm day.
The ambiance of the restaurant is inviting and relaxed, with a clean and vibrant vibe that makes you want to hang out for a while. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a healthy meal or grab a quick snack.

I used to love Sobol, however I will now NEVER be going back. The food tastes mediocre but the service is ABSOLUTELY atrocious. The staff doesn’t listen to your order and they are constantly messing up the orders. There is nothing worse than driving to sobol and coming home and realizing they completely messed up your bowl and now it is unable to be eaten. 9 times out of ten the bowl will be wrong after I specifically order what I want. And it’s not that my family and I are ordering complicated things; most of us just get regular bowls and some of us have only one thing we ask for to be removed from the bowl. Sobol seriously needs to improve their staff and customer service skills if they want to stay in business. DO BETTER; messing up the bowls is making people annoyed.

Couldn’t even get it, it was 7:30, closing at 8. It’s a fast food place, no reason to be doors closed at 7:30. Then the people in there just kept looking away. Run by teenagers. Don’t recommend.
Gabby and Molly were awesome!! I had guests from out of town and I told them about my guests and they made bowls to impress!! They were all smiles, kind and provided great service!! I drove far to get these for my guest…glad I came to this location. THANKS GABBY AND MOLLY!!

DO NOT GO HERE if you’re trying to get humiliated and treated poorly. I was there on the morning of march 13th and the hispanic girl was absolutely horrible to me. She should not be working with customers with her hostile and berating attitude. She was snappy and incredibly rude to me for asking for nut free granola immediately after I paid, she got mad since she had already made the bowl then proceeded to throw the bowl into the trash, my bowl was made with soggy fruits and it seemed rushed. Working directly with people is definitely not the job for this rude person. I used to frequent this establishment but after this incident I don’t think i can ever go back there again. very dissatisfied and disappointed. I would’ve asked for a refund but I was already late to work.
