i arrived as a lost lamb unsure of what to order. The wonderful employee behind the register (lets call her Yogurt) walked me through with a history lesson on sobol before agreeing to make my order of 'every single flavor layered in rainbow order evenly distributed'. Yogurt then cured my pet turtle of tuberculosis and saved me from getting hit by a lawn mower on the way out. The bowl itself was alright but the service is enough for me to come back and order the same...
Food is really tasty. But I am also very much aware of sugar content.people need to be aware that açai bowls made at Sobol Are very high in added sugar. Most going for an açai bowl think they're eating healthy. The added sugar content in one bowl is higher than the recommended daily allowance. So where is the health benefit. How is that helping people on a diet or watching their sugar content? so if you're looking for something yummy, then Sobol is the way to go. But...
I’m a smoothie fanatic, and Sobol never disappoints! The staff is friendly and knows their menu inside and out. They even helped me create a custom smoothie that I can’t get enough of!
