Please be advised that cash payments are no longer accepted after 9 PM. I was charged $14 for a large vanilla frappuccino and a small caramel crunch, for which I requested extra caramel and crunch toppings. The quality of the beverages was unsatisfactory. I find that only select Starbucks locations justify their premium pricing. The employee at the counter exhibited an unprofessional demeanor when I inquired about the discrepancy between the drink size and its cost.

Would not accept cash was ready cleaning up the register and it was only 905 they’re open till 10. They were very rude. Drink not made good

Used to be my go to but literally turns to trash. Employees have an attitude and don’t want to work. Food is poorly made and always not full to the appropriate amount. Hope they rework this location bc they are trash.

The barista who is usually at the window has very bad attitude. I said just one drink and she charged me for 2. When asked about it, she argued and had very bad attitude. Never visiting again.

I came in last week and saw the, what I can assume is the manager, verbally abusing staff members. She was screaming at the top of her lungs, it was one of, if not the most, ridiculous things I have ever seen. Safe to say I’ll be going to the one around the corner.

Disappointed with Service and Value
Paid $18 for two XL drinks at Starbucks, including an extra $3.25 just for 3 additional scoops of boba. When I got my drink, there was barely any boba, so I went back to ask about it. The barista making the drinks gave me attitude and insisted she added the full amount — even though it was clearly not there.
This kind of dismissive service is becoming way too common. Starbucks used to be known for professionalism and consistent quality, but lately, that standard has gone down. For the price we’re paying, the customer experience should be much better. Definitely rethinking my visits.

1 minute from highway, on sunday in the afternoon there were 5 clients, and 5 employees preparing order, bathroom for customers-happy came in here

A girl named Steph working the drive-thru speaker was extremely rude. I had placed an order through the app, and when I arrived, she dismissively told me I needed to go around because I was too early to pick it up. If arriving early for a mobile order is such an issue, there should be a clear reminder in the app to wait at least 30 minutes before heading to the location. Thanks to Steph’s attitude, I won’t be returning to that location again. Also the coffee that I received was so bad I had to dispose it.

Ended up walking out because I waited for over 5 minutes meanwhile there were about 5 workers working and I was the only one on line.
Top it off one employee was biting his nails the whole time I was there. How gross
