I was very disappointed in the “service” my husband and I received. The girl working who was not wearing a name tag but was wearing her headphones clearly did not want to be there. She rolled her eyes at us when we approached the counter. After giving us an attitude and taking our order. She sat on the floor and went back to listening to her music. This isn’t the first time we’ve been met with this rather rude worker. If she doesn’t wanna be there she probably shouldn’t be given the privilege. Very disappointing

I hate giving bad reviews but the service is really terrible. Diana seems to be in her own world. She ignored customers and was talking to her coworker while making drinks but clearly doing a poor job multitasking. She complained about working in a fake Starbucks but “at least it isn’t as bad as a Barnes and Nobles fake Starbucks.” Brought up how she is studying for the SATs and would be upset if she didn’t get a 1550. Wow. Sorry if serving drinks is beneath you but this is your job. Another employee was sitting on the floor doing god knows what.Starbucks Baristas are usually hyper focused and happy to be working. She hates it there and makes everyone suffer.

I wouldn’t even give 1 start, it’s not deserving. Horrible experience, I was there last Friday I stood for minutes 2 employees were there none of them acknowledge me or let me know i’ll get help. instead they were just talking doing their own thing. Not to exaggerate but I was waiting for more than 10 minutes mind you there was just 2 customers me and the other person. Short story short I ended up leaving without a drink, I was very disappointed.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Waited in line and watched the employee wash dishes and clean countertops while the line built up. She didn’t even address the customers to let us know she will be with us. Complete attitude. Very disrespectful and was on her phone after she took our orders. Her name is Diana!

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I ordered a venti Strawberry acai lemonade and they were all working with a bad attitude to the customers. I didn’t get my drink until the end when I asked and they even said they didn’t have strawberries until I asked for a refund and then they gave me my drink saying that found strawberries all of a sudden and they were slamming the fridge doors purposely in a bad mood. My drink wasn’t even complete it was half way through. The manager should really do something regarding this issue.

Sold me a cup of coffee, and then had me wait for an entire pot to brew/boil. Just tell me there isn’t anything available! I got the coffee to get in and out!

I was very disappointed. my friend ordered a refresher and they were out of it. Also they didn’t have a decaf iced coffee like I wanted. They had decaf shots but they didn’t have decaf coffee. I was just very disappointed. The lady at the register also did not have a lot of experience and was asking how to this and that. I ended up just getting a strawberry açaí refresher.

Worst Starbucks!! First time I went they were out of 3 different things I ordered. I gave it another try and they only had 1 size cup, no food options and there is definitely no sense of urgency. I bring Starbucks to a lot of my accounts but I am more willing to move my business elsewhere considering this is an embarrassment.
