I entered the building waiting to order a dessert and coffee. The manager was counting the register drawer at the time. She NEVER looked up, acknowledged me, made eye contact, smiled or anything. I stood waiting to order for 5 minutes without anything or anyone saying a word. I decided that they did not deserve my business. I was highly offended and very upset! This is extremely rude behavior, especially from the manager of the store!!!!

HORRIBLE PLEASE TRAIN YOUR BARISTAS i’ve gotten two ice pumpkin cream chai lattes here and it’s like they have NO idea how to make it like can y’all actually quit if you hate your job this much? whenever i get one here it’s BROWN. do you guys know what it’s supposed to look like??? why is it BROWN. everytime i get the exact same order from a different starbucks it’s perfect

Stopped in due to lack of seating in the immediate area. Purchased a drink to support the business providing me with seating, as I have physical issues and standing or walking for extended periods of time becomes extremely painful. A female employee extended a kindness to me simply just to be kind. Just wanted to show my appreciation and say thank you.

Terrible customer service. I understand being busy and the volume of orders this Starbucks handles. But to make a customer wait for his order for 15 minutes while the store is empty and the order being ready without announcing a name. The workers could care less and morale is noticeably low. Pass this store and don’t stop. Move on to the next location. 1 Star all around for this location.

Fast, friendly service with a fair amount of seating, good WiFi, and good selection of music.Today was my first time visiting this Starbucks location and I accidentally placed a mobile order at a different location. An employee, possibly a manager, recreated my order and asked that I call the other store to cancel my original order (I called but they’d already created it).After eating a sandwich and trying their new pineapple Refresher, plus doing personal productivity stuff from one of the tables for about an hour, I walked toward the door. Before I exited the same employee told me to have a nice day and still remembered my name from our interaction from more than an hour ago.Now that’s customer service!
