The server only came back to the table twice. Food is average to below average. I wouldn't get any sushi if I went back.In addition, no refills on soda. Hit you for $3+ a soda. Paying over $30 for fountain soda at one sitting is ridiculous

upon arrival i went to go use the restroom when u noticed their were people sleeping in the booths in the back with no shoes on. Later on in our meal i noticed one of them get up carrying a roll of paper towels that he was using as a pillow and went and put it back on the shelf to be used by the kitchen staff. I also ordered Sesame chicken which came out red and with no sesame in sight. Along with that we ordered teriyaki broccoli which resulted in steamed broccoli with a drop of teriyaki sauce on the side.Wait staff was rude, not friendly and rushed your meal. Would not return… waste of $70

Even though it's in the same neighborhood, I like sashimi rather than sushi. The sashimi isn't that great, but the sashimi is good, good value for money, and the atmosphere is nice and clean...

My wife & I used to always go to the Centerreach location until they were under new ownership and then eventually closed down. We were so happy to find that the Commack location is still around. There is no other Sushi restaurant we've been to compared to Sushi Palace! It's all you can eat & the environment is nice & clean. The service was amazing, the staff were kind & the food was awesome as usual. I give Sushi Palace a 10/5 if I could!

Do not order here. I ordered Chicken Teriyaki, the easiest dish to make, and it came soggy, OVER cooked to the point where I couldn't even chew it and they didn't put any sauce on it so it was dry. Incredibly disappointing.
Went for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon...looked forward to AYCE menu but must say the experience was underwhelming! Firstly, they do not offer a lunch price, but call it all day pricing...so lunch is the same price as dinner...Service was good, as we were the only customers, which is a plus..We ordered a good amount of rolls , sushi and sashami. Fish was ok but later that day it was repeating!! We have dined at many AYCE Sushi restaurants on Long Island over the years and some are better than others. Our most recent experience was at Kira in Lake Ronkonkoma...Their food was among the best of the lot. Sushi Palace is OK but given the options and remembering that taste is subjective, I will dine elsewhere....BTW: they charge for soda refills!

Excellent service-I took my family there on Sunday. It was busy and the waiter and waitress were very attentive. The food arrived quickly after you put in the order. The overall rolls and appetizers are yummy. The fish is fresh too. But the rice for each sushi piece is too much-it's carb overload.
