I have never been treated by the staff of any establishment as I have been tonight by the staff and “manager” at this location. I placed a mobile order at approx 8:30 pm. At the speaker I requested the sour cream to be on the side for the nachos. The line, (another 4-5 cars ahead of me) took about 15-20 mins to get to the pick up window. I waited 4-5 mins for the girl to give me my food. I asked about the side of sour cream & she assured me it was in the bag. Not wanting to hold up the line for the people behind me, I pulled away & went to the parking lot to check my order. The sour cream was NOT in the bag. So I opened the box to see if maybe they had put it on the nachos. No they didn’t. I went back on the line again, not expecting it to take that long again (boy, was I wrong!). I told them at the speaker what happened & they told me to drive up. After another 15-20 minute wait, I got to the window & handed the worker my bag. He handed me the side of sour cream & went to give me the bag back. I asked for fresh nachos because the ones in the bag were now cold & soggy. He refused, & tried to push the bag back thru my window. The manager came over and the first employee started filming me on his phone as I was arguing with the manager. She refused to remake the part of my order that was wrong. She insisted the side of sour cream was in the bag (it was not). Would I really wait on that line twice if it was? I was threatened with calling the police if I didn’t leave the drive thru line. I am a rational person and in the past if there was an issue with my order, I was treated respectfully & my order was corrected. The treatment I received tonight was so out of proportion to the issue. I know it was busy, but I did wait on the line twice for over 30-40 minutes. If the staff was overwhelmed, there was no reason for them to take it out on me. It was poor customer service. And to film me without my permission! I drove away fuming at their mishandling over the whole thing. I parked in a nearby parking lot to see if the nachos were salvageable and now I noticed there was guac on them, which I had asked to be removed using the app. They went in the trash. Unbelievable!

I will never go to this slow, inaccurate, filthy location with staff who are slow, rude and unhelpful. Furthermore having to order on the kiosk is a disaster. There were no taco sauce packets for the customers and numerous tables had garbage on them...literally garbage.
The Board of Health can and should shut this dreadful place down. If you want lousy food, produced slowly by rude and dismissive staff, in a filthy dining area, then this place is for you.
Don't come here bad costmer service and garbage food, I suppose to get soda cup with combo box ,the guy he didn't give and I ask for cup and the guy rudely say I gave you already and I have told him to check camera and than he believes he didn't give me cup. Rudely behavior and he look like manager. God bless this taco bell

New management needs to be considered, I almost feel sorry for the people who work here. No one wants to spend 45 minutes in a drive through, but somehow they allow this to happen every single night. People that accept delivery requests from this restaurant, whether it’s UberEats/DoorDash/Grubhub, are forced to either decline the request at the risk of punishment or idle their car for 45 minutes waiting for an order that pays $7. I’ve seen other Taco Bell restaurants serve the same amount of people in a fraction of the time.

Place went down hill. Dirty. No one cares to even look at you when you go in. Wait on line for 10 minutes before anyone even said hi to you. They looked bothered every time someone walk in.

I witnessed a sa moment of a Hispanic male towards a pregnant woman . I do not agree with the costumer service of this establishment. DO NOT waste your money on this place .
This place sucks if it wasn’t for pregnancy I wouldn’t come here , now will be driving farther due to the fact that the specifically male staff has issues with touching women’s hands in a weird and unkind manor .

This taco bell is usually more than fine but this STUPID automated order taker has NO idea what im ordering every single time i go through the drive thru.
the amount of times i leave getting just completely random items is so so infuriating
Food is ok , this location shows you the future of this franchise, no interaction with the customer , they will not take your order at all u can only use the tablet to place order . No greetings no help .

This specific location was very fast in taking my order amd giving it to me accurately. The one thing I found disappointing was the use of AI....again this is just eliminating jobs and making it difficult for the younger generations to find work. Other than that, I was pleasantly impressed.

This location is awful! Most of the beverage stations are broken, the store is filthy, and the garbage is overflowing. Avoid this location!
