Taormina Ristorante & Pizzeria

As usual, our experience at Taormina was exceptional. The food, service, ambience, and engagement with staff were wonderful. Meal portions were generous and very tasty. We are always made to feel like more than a "meal transaction" and that is why we have been eating there since they opened more than 30 years ago!

They were very busy for NYE but the staff and kitchen kept everything running smoothly. The food was familiar Italian. My dish could have been better with a few tweaks but it was ok.

Marry me pasta was the special, fantastic. Best cheesecake i ever had and I have plenty....what is the secret? The restaurant is in the back of the pizza parlor

Yesterday I ordered chicken Gorgonzola except they forgot to add the Gorgonzola and the dish cost 30.00!. It was chicken and gravy. I had to go and buy Gorgonzola today and make my own sauce. I won't be going back.

Super friendly staff. Nicole, the server, was super delightful as was the other staff. Thank you Nicole. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate us as we were celebrating a 90th birthday. Owner was very friendly and made us a special spinach and cheese pin wheel. Entree were on point. Prices were reasonable. Quiet space and just what we wanted. Grazie mille Taormina !!!

Took our two little girls here. Vita took such good care of us. Brought the pizza not too hot for them and cut the slices in half for small hands. And just was so friendly and welcoming.

The food was delicious. But the welcoming atmosphere makes such a difference.

First time here in a while and I was not disappointed. Food and service were excellent.

Came back tonight, food was still fantastic and so was the service. 3-9-21

2025 - under new ownership. Food is still the same l, which is good. However the staff, though friendly, seem much more inexperienced with running a highly successful fast paced pizza place. Hopefully in time that will improve.

Racist. We waited for a while there was no line and they didn’t take our order. Another person came through from a different background and they were quick to take his order. We were just ignored while we were just waiting to be helped.

I have been ordering food from this Italian restaurant pizzeria ran by Angelo and Jerry for 25 years ever since my wife and moved to the area. I give this restaurant 10 stars their food is always delicious and fresh I have tried others in the area and like the saying goes,
There’s no place like this place so this must be the place🇮🇹🇮🇹👍🍕🍕
