I am Vietnamese and I had a very disappointing experience with this place. First of all, the host/ cashier was rude to me when I tried to talk to him when I first came in. He also pushed me to pay with credit card even though I wanted to pay cash.

Getting to the food - I got bun bo hue, pho, and egg rolls - I am Vietnamese and I’ve gotten takeout from places countless times. You are ALWAYS supposed to separate the bean sprouts and mint and lime from the dish. Those are supposed to be optional for the customer. THIS PLACE COMBINED THE NOODLES WITH THE BEAN SPROUTS AND LIME!!! You are not supposed to do that! You are always supposed to package them separately.

On top of that, the pho broth lacked a lot of depth of flavor. Also, pho is supposed to come with tripe, eye of round, beef ball, which this pho had none of.

Bun bo hue is supposed to be spicy and have pig blood, which this one didn’t. It was also not flavorful and was just lacking.

The egg rolls also did not taste right and the fish sauce was off.

I’m very disappointed with my experience here. This is not an authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Long Island.

Charged me $23 for an XL pho, gave me four slices of beef and one meatball with the regular amount of noodles.

The broth tasted a little bland, and noodles were sticky. Prices are robbery for the amount of food you get.

So delicious. My first time eating this type of food. I had the vegetable spring rolls and vegetable pho. Both were outstanding!

This place has the absolute best spring rolls. Please be sure to eat them with lettuce and the dipping sauce. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I always come here for a comforting bowl of Beef Pho, and they never disappoint! The service is excellent, fast, friendly, and attentive every time. They even have a delicious pudding for dessert that’s a must-try! It’s close to home and always hits the spot when I’m craving Pho. Highly recommend this place for great food, great people, and great service!

This restaurant has some vegetarian and vegan options. I had the Pho Chay and my husband had the Sauteed tofu. Both were delicious. Service was good. Restaurant was clean and quiet. Would go back here!

I have always wished there were truly delicious pho restaurants here in Long Island, New York, as I’ve long been a fan of Vietnamese noodle soup. Over the years, a few places have opened, but each visit left me disappointed. Then, to my surprise, I recently discovered this hidden gem—and I couldn’t be more delighted.

In the past, I usually had to travel all the way to Flushing just to enjoy a satisfying bowl of pho. Now, I no longer need to make that trip. For anyone who loves pho, I can confidently say that one visit here will leave you with no regrets.

They have to improve on their pho not a fan. We decided that bahn mi is something we love but its a bit pricey... as other Vietnamese restaurants

I came in and ordered a pork bahn mi to go. The guy spent lots of time in the back and I could overheard him loudly telling staff that tonight was busy for some reason so I guess they were overwhelmed? Instead of getting the pork bahn mi i had to wait til I got gome to discover I was given the beef so I am now reviewing the beef bahn ki. Very dry and the veggies lacked a crunch factor that I was looking for along with a pronounced pickled flavor. I was looking foward fo the more traditional pork since it included the pate and ither ingredients but the beef could have been a nice surprise if the flavors were dialed in.
