Christmas shopping & this drive thru gave me A-1 service. Everything was made with care & attention to detail. I placed a mobile order & it was ready when I arrived.

Donut was old and hard , I’ve had my share of donuts when ordering at dunking , which is right across the stress from this timhortons in Commack , I would say this is not the first time they have served food like this at this location on Jericho Turnpike in Commack I would not recommend coming here 🤝

Today was the second time I went in for some donuts. My first visit was a really good experience—the girl who helped me was very friendly and willing to assist. But today, when I walked in, there was no employee at the counter, so I waited. When the employee finally came over, she didn’t even say hello. I had to greet her first, and her attitude made it seem like I was bothering her. Plus, when I got home, I realized I didn’t even receive the donut I asked for. Someone with that kind of demeanor shouldn’t be representing Tim Hortons.”

I came here October 6th at 4:30. The person working had such a nasty attitude. I came they said hello I said it back no reply. I was like can I order they said yes. So I order and once I’m done no reply. So after I asked for the price they say it and apparently told me to wait where I was ordering. I didn’t hear them because the speaker was low and I pulled up. The person come out the window telling me that they told me to wait back there rolled there eyes at me and closed the window. I came in to talk to a manager. Of course no one was there. I explain that it was rude and they said “I sorry if it offended you” never coming back here.

I love Tim Hortons and I try to support it as much as I can BUT this specific location is horrible, I’ve been there twice and both times have been horrible. I asked specifically for just egg and cheese because I can’t have meat for religious purposes. They took 10+ mins to get the order ready, they’re rude to greet you and then they gave me sausage on a biscuit , after I repeated my order three times. I was on my way to work so I couldn’t go back. I called multiple times to speak to the manager and no answer. Other locations are good but this one, I’m not sure if they’re short staffed or what the issue is.

Horrendous!!! I go there on Sunday. I used the drive through. The person working spoke no English. I had to repeat my order 3 times. They were too busy laughing and talking in the background. Then I get to the window and they tell me they don't have what I ordered. What are we doing?!?!?!?!? Who runs this place?

When I placed a mobile order because this Tim Horton has a drive-thru & I live a good 15 mins. away but when I pull up to pick it up, it is NEVER ready. The place isn't even busy... On top of that, the woman over the drive thru speaker is always talking to other customers. She doesn't mute herself so it's confusing if she's even speaking to me...

Employee training is very inconsistant at this location. Recently when I order the lunch deal there seems to be an issue. Today and my last visit I tried to order the lunch deal and was told that it is online only, and they can't bring it up in their system. After a little back-and-forth, they gave me the deal without ringing it up properly on my last visit.
Today I ordered the lunch deal and was told again that it was online only. I know this is not the case because I ordered the exact same lunch deal at least 4 other occasions at this location and was rung up properly with the deal and no issues. I did not want to argue with the employee today and I did not want them to do me any "favors" so I left without ordering.
I really like Tim Hortons, but I will continue to walk out if your employees argue with me because of their ignorance.

I have never ever been to Tim Hortons in my life, and I encountered one of the best employees I’ve ever met in my life. Her name is : Nila Akhatar! She was an Angel so friendly and caring! I hope she gets a raise!
