I have been a loyal customer of tropical smoothie for years and every time I come to this location I always have a excellent experience the new management are always make sure I’m satisfied and the crew members are very welcoming and very helpful. Everytime I come my smoothie is made to perfection and also any food item I buy is also perfection the store is very clean and up to par , I would recommend everyone to come to this location.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Tropical Smoothie location for quite some time, but today’s experience was truly disappointing. The new staff members did not reflect the level of service I’ve come to expect. Management may want to reevaluate who they have representing their business, as it directly impacts the customer experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I come here sometimes for breakfast to get the half off smoothies and today no one answered the call DELIBERATELY to not offer the half off smoothies (it ends at 10 AM) and when I walked in at 9:55 they refused to look at me until 10:01 once the half off smoothie deal ended. Whoever the new manager is, is EXTREMELY rude and has absolutely no customer service bone in his body. His name is Barun. Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this location ever again. Absolute waste of time and if this is how they treat their loyal customers I can’t even imagine how they treat the food. Extremely disappointed.

Unsanitary store. New owners are not maintaining the premise or the food quality. I noticed a change after new management started. Familiar faces of employees who were awesome are no longer employed at this location for some unknown reason, probably cost of having quality workers. This is not an establishment that believes in its product, employees or customers. Take a pass.

I love this Tropical Smoothie location! Even though I have one just around the corner from me, I gladly make the 12 minute drive to come here instead. The quality and consistency are worth it — my drink is perfect every single time without missing a beat. Great service and always on point!

Disregard my review. I had to update it because they then refused my free smoothie. After completing my google review. They offered a free smoothie but then said I had to order something else after already spending $40 in the location I always come too because the owner said he had to ring me up again in order to honor my free smoothie

They are absolutely amazing here !!! Sue is the best and so sweet !! The drinks are always amazing too !!

The new owners here have really leveled this place up in every way. The atmosphere is relaxing and warm (yet productive) and the food is top notch. They know my order before I even announce it as they have gone out of their way to accommodate regulars customers such as myself to ensure their consistent satisfaction. I always make sure to get my favorite Mango smoothie that they make special for me after my workout in the gym that shares the parking lot. Really appreciate the upgraded service. Will be coming back.
