Tropical Smoothie Cafe

These were not smoothies they were slushies! No milk products only water and lots of it added to some fruit. Drink was watery and sweet! Not very good at all and totally overpriced at Nine plus dollars... wish I could get my money back.
Also store not that clean would not go back. :-/

Tropical Smoothie has great tasting smoothies. But those of you concerned about the health benefits, think twice. Or ask questions. Are you aware that Tropical Smoothie adds a couple of scoops of sugar to your smoothies. So those are you who think you are drinking something healthy you've just gone above the daily allowance of sugar recommended. They really should post the added sugar content. If you're looking for something yummy On a hot summer day, then go for it as long as you're not concerned about the health benefit. If so, request no added sugar to your smoothie Or buy your own fruit and make one at home.

From the moment I walked it I was helped with a sense of urgency and a good attitude. Elifsu helped me. Everyone was no nice. Smoothie 10/10 !

Elifsu, our wonderful Smoothie chef made our smoothies low sugar! She was super sweet. Also the gentleman who took our order was very helpful excellent staff wonderful experience! They also gave us the option of splitting our smoothie into two smaller cups so my sister and I could share, thank you so much!

I have been a loyal customer of tropical smoothie for years and every time I come to this location I always have a excellent experience the new management are always make sure I’m satisfied and the crew members are very welcoming and very helpful. Everytime I come my smoothie is made to perfection and also any food item I buy is also perfection the store is very clean and up to par , I would recommend everyone to come to this location.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Tropical Smoothie location for quite some time, but today’s experience was truly disappointing. The new staff members did not reflect the level of service I’ve come to expect. Management may want to reevaluate who they have representing their business, as it directly impacts the customer experience.
