This is my 4th time requesting my burger to be cooked well done and I received them Pink inside. This time I ordered them well when I got to the window I talked to the person and explained my situation. That in the past they didn't do could you please make sure. He said no problem. I got home they are NOT well done n are pink inside. I called to complain. The manager answered the phone I wasn't even sure if I called wendy's, cause they just said, hello, in a very low voice after asking if this was in fact, wendy's, they said, yeah. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was the manager. I told him the situation and he said, no problem. I'll make sure next time that they make them well. Done I said, how are you going to make sure next time?They're going to make them well done if I ask three separate times for this order to be well done was told that it was well done, got home and it was not well done. It's not okay cause this is the fourth time. I didn't get to eat my dinner. I didn't feel like having to recook it. So the raccoons outside will have their dinner tonight

KEEP DRIVING BY . I have gone here a few times for lunch between 11 and 12:30. No line for the drive thru. I ordered a Big bacon classic double sandwich only. After i got back to work i see i got 2 Patty's with cheese. No lettuce,bacon, tomato or sauce. Its amazing 3 people standing at the drive thru window and they still cant get your order right. No customer inside or out and they still mess up a simple order. Always cold or wrong.

There is a famous quote from the movie Lethal Weapon. It is 100% true for this establishment. They are 2 for 2 in leaving out multiple items from our drive through order. It's very sad to get home and have to tell your kids that their food was not included and they will have to eat what would have been my dinner.

The french fries are terrible lately. They are not hot and crispy and they are not cooked all the way through. They are hard inside. The fries are left on counter while the rest of the order is being prepared, which is why they're not hot and crispy. The fries should be prepared after the rest of the order is prepared.
