We came planning on having a single drink after dinner. We ended up staying for five sounds and nearly 4 hours. Jason was a pleasure to talk to and mixed fantastic cocktails. Both on the menu and off his drinks were amazing. If you have one cocktail in Cooperstown, make sure it’s here and mixed by Jason.
First of all, Nikki was just terrific at introducing us to their gin and Bourbons.Now, I am not a cocktail guy, and I have limited experience, but I can say without doubt that the quality of libations is undeniable.I have friends who call me a supertaster, so when I can taste a variety of flavors rolling from my lips, tongue, to my throat -each of which is used for different aspects of tasting- I know whether or not what's in my mouth is special.Grateful for the experience...
Such a sweet woman was working when I walked in. I ended up buying some Bourbon but was able to test a few other items.I really enjoyed the atmosphere but since I was going elsewhere for dinner I didn't want to just buy a cocktail to sit there and drink.They do have some open bottles for sampling (they pour) so you can taste before you buy.
