I seldomly eat beef, but dang, the burgers at the Brewery are so outstanding I have to go back for one every time I'm in town. They are NOT to be missed. And their fries! Oh wow! Best in the area too. Burgers aren't the only choice either. It's just good food in a relaxed setting. Had lunch there staying at Cooperstown. The wings were out of this world good and the southern home made sauce was unbelievable. Bartender was super nice friendly and shared a lot of good tips about the area. Owner takes interest into guests and where they're from and able to answer any questions about the area. The food we had was incredible.
A group of (11) friends and family members stopped for lunch while attending the baseball tournament at Dream Park Baseball complex. We pleasantly surprised by the variety of food items and beee selection. Although it’s small establishment we were very comfortable. The waitress service was very good. The food was served hot and very quickly. I ordered the Council Rock Bratwurst sandwich and red potato salad. It was better than most German restaurants. The beer was served cold...
