We visited Cooperstown from New Jersey and found this small brewery just a few miles away. There are other breweries in the area but I'm glad I found this one! Kyle runs the place and welcomed us warmly. We found four seats at a community table with no wait. I suppose if the place was crowded there might be a wait but it's worth it. Traveling for work and staying at hotel across the street... decided to give Council Rock Brewery a try for dinner. Very happy I stopped in! Friendly folks and really delicious, fresh food.

Nice quiet little area. A little gem hidden off the side of the main road. The crew is very pleasant and the whole ambience and experience is delightful with it's quaint little charm.
