Went in for a couple of slices and a soda. $18.50. I didn't realize that it was $6.50 per slice. For worse than gas station pizza. I will never return. Price gouging in Cooperstown because they can. Over priced reheated stale pizza. I highly recommend that you go elsewhere.

The family came for a treat. The two young ladies working were very nice. Our portion size was decent.

Brought my daughters and nieces here for ice cream! They had quite a few flavors and was very good!

Loved this place! Great ice cream flavors and inside seating for rainy days!

My husband stopped in to see if they were handicapped accessible since I am in a wheelchair. The response was. "We have a ramp but are too busy to put it out." sounds a little discriminatory to me.

There’s a board with a lot of choices of ice cream, beverages, other treats, etc. but there’s only certain ice creams in the freezer available for the day, which isn’t indicated anywhere. One of the servers was extremely rude when people asked for something that was on the board that they didn’t have. It should be made more clear what flavors are available for the day as people are deciding while waiting in line. There’s a lot of ice cream places in Cooperstown and the surrounding areas; you can get as good or better ice cream elsewhere with much friendlier service. We recommend Cooper’s Barn. To be fair, we came earlier in the week where we had a friendlier server and liked the ice cream, otherwise this would have been a 1 star review.

Kid-friendliness: One of the servers was extremely rude to my 11 year old son. It was a hot day and the store was busy. My son always orders chocolate so he knew exactly what he wanted, but he paused a moment to make sure he was the next in line and the server rudely said, “Come on, we gotta keep this line moving!” Going to get ice cream after baseball is a big thing in Cooperstown and it’s meant to be fun; we were all excited to get ice cream and that ruined it for us.

I never complain about food but I feel the need to WARN others visiting the Cooperstown area to stay far far away from this eatery. The prices of the food are outrages and make no sense. Children’s chicken fingers are 16.99 with an up charge of 2.99 for fries. What a joke…. The French onion soup truly reminded me of dirty dish water and was ultimately inedible. I took one spoonful and just couldn’t bare to take another. The German potatoes salad - well there are just no words for it than DISGUSTING. The chicken wings were gross and the pizza horrendous. Then there was the laundry list of items unavailable on the menu. My family’s bill was over 300.00 - the server made a weird remark about tipping him … Just an overall awful dining experience. Should of went to McDonalds.

Outrageously expensive prices. Fries are considered and upgrade to your meal and cost $2.99 extra. The frozen Margarita was not frozen and was 95% water and INSANELY priced at $13.99 and they do not put prices on the menu. The wait to get our food was very long even though they weren’t busy. One in our party ordered a burger and was charged extra to add cheese but then it came with no cheese. Rather than wait forever for another one to be made they ate it anyway but asked not to be charged for the cheese they didn’t get and were told that’s not possible. The waitress offered instead to not charge for the fries but then never removed the charge as she said she would and when we asked about it she lied and said she never offered that. She wasn’t good at her job either. She couldn’t answer any of our questions about the menu items and had to keep asking her manager. She also couldn’t recommend any of the food because she didn’t eat it. The ultimate nachos don’t come with meat and you get charged extra to add meat. They were made with cheese whiz and the meat was unidentifiable. We were also told they had a veterans discount which they never gave us. The manager was also incredibly snotty and condescending when we asked about our bill. This place is an absolute rip off and a joke. The two who ate the nachos ended up sick and throwing up. Stay far far away from this place.

They have the best Hershey’s ice cream ever. They play some great music in there, and it’s super cute. It looks like an old 50s diner. Some of my kids wanted ice cream, someone and food, this place was able to offer us both.

This place does not make any attempt to accommodate nut allergies. That's fine; they don't have to. But the person working there was so cold and mean to my son and me, when we asked if they are able to take allergy precautions (which in other places can involve washing the scoop or opening a new carton or scooping away the top layer from the carton). She scoffed at us loudly and said: No! Not possible!, shaking her head. Effectively, her message was "we aren't going to try to make it possible for you to enjoy ice cream, sad mom and child." It's a painful message to hear; if you need to say it (which is understandable!) - just try to be a nice person about it. We left in tears. Just try to be a little less mean when you're disappointing a child.

Was closed for the winter. There was a sign to go to the restaurant behind them, but they did not serve ice cream.

Great ice cream! Glad they are opened later than many in town. The pizza was good too!
