Ive already posted this on google reviews so I’ll post it on Facebook as well! I haven’t been in Cooperstown in quite some time and having to wait for a bit for my wife’s surgery to be completed I went to Upstate bar and grill for the first time. The ABSOLUTE WORST resturant visit I have EVER EVER had. Server Jessica was the biggest C U Next Tuesday.
Started off fine, but then a table of 20 or so came in sat next to us. Jessica completely forgot about us. We had to stop her to even put in our entree order In. But tables next to us who sat 25min AFTER got round after round after round of drinks and apps. 1hr and 20min later and fairly annoyed we asked about our food. "Let me check on it". Food was really good. I had the fish and chips, my wife ordered the shrimp tacos, and we shared the ahi tuna nachos. Everything was so good! The staff was awesome! Everyone had a great attitude which added to the experience. The entire restaurant is full of people enjoying good food, laughing, and having a good time. Well worth the money!
