Well I called in a cake order and told them to write Too Old for Leo DiCaprio- I even spelt each word out. I picked it up on my lunch break at work today so I was rushing. They had one person working the counter (who wasn't the most pleasant person) and it was buy one get one free sundaes on Wednesday. So needless to say I was on a time crunch. So I took the cake and went back to work. I didn't check the writing since I spelt everything out. I figured there wouldn't be any errors, never had that problem at my usual Carvel store. I went to Copiague because it was close to my job. Well tonight we went to celebrate my daughter's 25th birthday and open the cake. To my surprise BOOM spelling error. I was hoping she wouldn't notice but she did. And I asked for extra crunchies on the bottom and didn't receive that. Thanks Carvel of Copiague for ruining her cake. I think I'll stick with the West Babylon store.

Inside and out, this Carvel looks as if it hasn’t been affected by the passage of time. I’m sure there’s plenty of locals who came to this location as kids and now bring their kids for a treat and barely a detail has changed.The service is always friendly (and patient). They let you sample the different flavors and the soft serve flavors seem to change with the season, but they always have the staples; chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. If you’re a fan of toppings they’ve got about two dozen different topping options which I believe are an additional 75-cents each.Beyond the soft serve and scooped(?) ice cream they also have flying saucers and prepackaged sundaes.
Copiague one ran out of bananas. Service was horrible. Walked in @ 9 pm and only one person manning the counter. Ordered a banana split and they had no bananas!!! I can't help but stress that a place of business is to sell banana splits ran out!!!Discussing. Do not recommend Copiague carvel. Had better luck in the Lindenhurst area

Favorite place to grab a scoop with the kiddos, always fresh and a great assortment. I love the soft serve from here, with a verity of flavors outside the normal 2 staples.

I love taking my girl here they have the best ready to go ice cream sandwiches in the fridge. The ice cream selection is excellent. I recommend the coconut ice cream.
