I had the crumb chocolate cake with a cup of their coffee and wow—it hit the spot. The cake was rich and moist with a perfect crunchy topping, and the coffee was smooth and strong, not bitter at all. Simple, delicious, and just what I needed. Highly recommend if you’re craving a little treat!

Purchased a crumb cake pasty. There were three to choose from. I chose the cheese filling for $15.00+ I served it later that evening and the general consensus was that it was stale! How embarrassing to serve something stale? More embarrassing to sell it! I called the store and politely stated what happened, I was offered an apology, but not a replacement or a discount on future purchase. Guaranteed, there will be no future purchases! Grocery store bakeries have fresher items at cheaper prices- I like to support small businesses, but not this one!

We ordered a cake and cookies from D D Bakery through DoorDash. While everything tasted fine, the presentation was not what we expected. The cake was supposed to have flowers, and the cookies were to be arranged on a tray—neither of which happened. When we called to ask about it, we spoke with Jose, who told us that unless specific instructions are included on DoorDash, those details won’t be done. That was surprising, especially since we’ve never had to spell out basic presentation expectations with other bakeries. What was most disappointing was that there was no sense of accountability—just a “not our fault” attitude. A little customer service would have gone a long way here.

Zero star. I literally told the cashier to give me fresh pastries. Didn’t even specify what kind and still got the expired so throw away the whole thing. Even I tried to buy a bread it was the same situation. So zero star.

Been here a few times, and it's never been anything special. This time was terrible. We got a small assortment of cookies, biscotti and a donut. Everything was bland and stale. Donut was definitely not fresh. Coffee sitting out looks like it's been there for 2 days

OMG this bakery is beyond amazing they made my Granddaughter’s 20th Birthday (4 tier cake) look just like the picture that I gave them. We are so Happy with it and I know that it’s going to be delicious. Thank you D&D Bakery in Copiague, NY we are a satisfied customer. 💜

Normally have a positive experience with this bakery since it’s so close to my house however this visit will be my last. I bought 6 cupcakes of different flavors and fruit tart for a birthday. The cupcakes were stale and reeked of freezer burn. The taste was very bad and the cupcakes were hard. I had to throw everything away in front of the guests. It was very embarrassing. Will not be returning.
