I went to this store this morning to pick up a mobile order, something I have done many many times as I live 2 blocks away and this it the closest Dunkin Donuts to me. On arrival though in the app it said my order was ready it was not. They told me they would call me when it was ready. After a few minutes of waiting at a table in the store I went back to the pickup counter and found 3 orders completed but nobody had called me to say mine was ready. A woman named Gabby handed me a bag and said it was my order. I saw it was not my order and told her, she then proceeded to hand me one of the other bags which was also not my order. I then looked visibly unhappy but did not say anything and another woman working there handed me a different bag which finally turned out to be the correct order. I turned around without saying anything because I was frustrated with their lackadaisical attitudes and how they seemed to not care at all that they were providing very poor customer service. As I walked out of the store I heard them both LAUGHING AT ME and talking about me. I came back a minute later and asked to speak with the manager to get the second woman's name for this complaint. Nelson, the supervisor, told me he didn't know who was the second woman and she was nowhere to be seen, probably on a break or working in the back. Nelson made no effort to apologize for how his employees laughed at me, their customer, and made no effort to find out who was the person I was upset about. Nelson also does not care about customer satisfaction and apparently thinks it is okay for employees to jeer and laugh at customers who are unsatisfied with their bullshit service. Needless to say, I will not be back.

This place have bunch of young people and they don’t know how to take the orders and they don’t know how to prepare the orders. That’s why they will lose customers. Also they were being very rood to us and started to yell at us.they don’t know how to talk with manners to there customers.this happened multiple times to us.

I have I ordered multiple times from this store via Uber and door dash and they never get it right. I am a small business owner myself a franchisee and I cannot understand how this place stays in business. The workers even made the Uber driver go into the freezer to find my ore-packed quarts that are readily on hand in their freezer - even the Uber driver couldn't believe the rude attitudes and unwillingness to help a customer. The girl at the store kept saying they ran out of vanilla ice cream and rocky road - both were in the freezer. I didn't know the Uber driver was my personal shopper. I had a store manager contact me who tried to tell me it must have been a mistake but after 3 orders in a row being in error I told him he either needs new employees or they need to replace him because there is just no excusing this type of poor customer service. My employees would never do this nor would they get away with this type of thing. If you don't have an item you call the customer and offer a substitute and if they do not have a suitable item they take it off the bill. It's that simple. This store is a disaster. I gave them one more chance tonight and again they blew it. I order the usual pre packed quarts and what showed up was a joke. The only thing they got right out of four items was vanilla ice cream. I never write poor reviews because as I said I am a franchise owner but this store deserves zero stars and the employees the same. They just can't get it together or think outside the box! There is no reason they cannot pick up the phone and call a customer. If I owned this store I'd clean house and get employees that bring business - not lose it.
