My wife ordered one pie today, and the guy told her 15 minutes. She pays for the pie and 15 minutes pass...pie's not ready. Guy says they just turned the oven on and it will take another 10 minutes!! After the 10 minutes, the pie was still not ready...my wife, being a nice person, instead of complaining just asks for the uncooked pie and she'll bake it at home...the guy agrees and gives her the uncooked pie! What business does that? If you tell a customer 15 minutes, it should be 15 minutes, not over 30 minutes. If we wanted to cook our own pie, we would've done so, - the guy doesn't even apologize for the wait, just..."have a nice day". Don't need this kind of service for average pizza. Won't be getting our business again.

Love this place. Their food is so good and they should be busier than they are. Their food is always fresh. Whenever we order from here we are always happy. They also give you little chocolate and rice puddings with the order. If you want to try something new definitely try Panini cafe. Not giving 5 stars only because I've had some issues with service in the past. My credit card was charged twice. Also, sometimes when I call I'm on hold for a while and the kids answering the phone aren't very professional. The foods good tho.... So that's most important!

Must be under new management. The food used to be great. Now it is horrible, no taste.

I've had two terrible experiences here. The first time, I ordered an eggplant parm hero and they forgot the cheese - I didn't leave a review because everyone makes mistakes and apart from this oversight the food wasn't terrible. However, after my second visit I just can't bite my tongue. We ordered a Sicilian pie and it was the worst pizza I've ever tasted or seen. The cheese was hard and gross and the sauce was sparse at best and a weird brown color. As the pizza cooled, it actually hardened in a way I've never even seen before...they must have used absolutely terrible ingredients. We were all so grossed out we threw the entire pie out...I would have preferred a frozen Elios slice to this. Never again.

A year ago i would have given this place 5 stars. Many times i have had the meatball parm panini, chicken parm, several wraps and over the counter pizza. Everything was very good up until recently. After not coming here in a few months i decided to stop and sit down to eat, however it seems like this place has changed ownership and the new owner or manager did not know there was even a meatball parm panini. When i sat down to eat with my gf i was given someone elses order completely different from what we ordered. The same person who took my order is the one who brought the food so i was confused as to how we messed that up. There were only 2 other tables there that night so im concerned how we would handle a busy night. The food didnt taste the same at all, no flavor and after coming here for a long time i will no longer return.

My husband and I have frequented here since Ricky opened the joint. The food was always amazing and we never had any issues. Recently ownership changed and so has the food. We ordered dinner one night for delivery (yes we were being lazy) a Chicken Marsala and a Penne ala vodka with meat sauce in addition to some rice balls and garlic knots. Sad to say that we had to call the restaurant when half our order was missing. And this isn't the first time we have had a messed up order since ownership changed. The Marsala was basically a puddle of grease that was inedible so when the delivery person came back with the missing order items we mentioned it. I will say, he was very apologetic about it and refunded our money on the spot. We were surprised since we weren't even asking for money back, we just told him how unhappy we were. I am sad to say that we probably won't be back as we have given them quite a few chances and still come out feeling disappointed.

We have been coming here since they opened in 2012. We have no complaints. We have eaten at restaurant and had take out as well. Their service is great when you eat there. Waitress was very attentive and always made sure we were satisfied. I really enjoy the grilled chicken greek salad wrap. The paninis are also excellent. The food portions are a decent size as well. Half a wrap is good for me. The fried raviolis are also tasty. The breading has a slight spice to it. Have not had their brick oven pizzas but they smell good. They also make smoothies there. I had one made with yogurt & fruit and it was delicious during the summer! Definitely a great place for lunch or dinner.

Awesome panninis. Great service. One time I showed up when they had everything shut down and ready to go home and they still went out of their way to make something for me. recommended 100%

I always go out of my way to support the local businesses, even if it costs a little more or I have to drive a little farther, but as long the quality is OK and I get what I pay for I'm satisfied and usually from Panini Cafe I was satisfied, but tonight's order was so disgusting and disappointing that it will be my last trip there until they up their standards.

Tried their two most popular sandwiches as suggested from their employee. They were ok. The bread was a bit thick and could have been toasted more. however their chicken parm was very tasty. 4 big chicken cutlets and the melted cheese and sauce were good too! I would suggest trying out anything but the panini's which sucked. oh their fries are really good too, just eat them while they're hot.

This place is under new management. We had gone once under the old management and thought it was OK. It had been a long time since we had gone and figured we would give it another try since we love wood fired pizza. I feel bad giving them a bad review because it is obviously a family that took it over and it would be nice to see them succeed but maybe seeing a review like this will be constructive and they will adjust some things. Cleanliness: The produce that was out all looked old, wilted & worn. They had cut up produce in a display and there was either an onion peel or a banana peel (yeah, I know...I couldn't tell!) mixed in with the lemons. They also had 2 (very cute) kids running around climbing on things and touching the produce that was out...it made me want to leave but we had already paid for the take out and I couldn't bring myself to be rude by asking for my money back and leaving. Food: My boyfriend and I have had wood fired pizza all over the US. This is NOT the typical wood fired pizza: The crust wasn't thin, I don't believe they used the fresh mozzarella, the bottom crust wasn't blackened. In fact, they made the pizza in a regular pizza oven and then just finished it off in the wood fired. I don't know if this is the way they all do it but I doubt it...it didn't taste wood fired AT ALL. In fact, it was bizarre...the place didn't smell of wood fired pizza either. The pizza wasn't HORRIBLE...it was simply mediocre and nothing that they should claim as wood fired. It was like a bland regular pie. Joe's Pizza in Amityville beats this place by a mile...and they aren't wood fired. The salad was literally a bowl of iceberg lettuce and just the top had a few tomatoes, cucumbers and olives. But, it was 95% lettuce. After seeing the old, icky produce on display (c'mon...someone throw that old stuff out!), I was surprised that the lettuce was fresh in the salad. Atmosphere: It just looked...I don't know...sad. It was a friday night and should have been packed and filled with energy. Instead we were one of 3 sets of people (over about 30 minutes) getting take out. I think the location is part of what made it look sad: it is located in a strip mall that smells HIGHLY of laundry detergent and dryer wipes. It permeated the air and was nauseating. Across the street the stores were out of business...except for another pizza place that seemed to be busier. Service: We did takeout so I can't speak for the table service. They made our pie to order so it took a long time but that isn't bad...I'd rather have that than an old stale pie. But, I will say I didn't get a big smile and a hello when I walked in or left that might make me want to come back if the food had been decent. Oh, they included free garlic knots that my boyfriend liked. That surprised us when we opened the bag when we got home. He also liked the olives in the salad. There are SO many pizza places in the area that in order to survive, you can't be mediocre. I just felt like shaking them and saying "you are blowing it!"

This place is fantastic, the rice ball was great the free garlic knots and desserts were awesome. I truly love this place, the food is always fast and the service is fantastic. I have no idea why there is not a line out the door.

After seeing the pictures posted by customers. I ordered food on Super Bowl Sunday I was not pleased with the food I had purchased. The pizza tasted like papa johns, the garlic knots were soggy and had some weird thick brown sauce underneath. The worst of all were the wings. I took a bite and saw dark black stuff. I'm not sure what it was but all the pieces had it. There wasn't much meat on the wings. Therefore it was easy to pull back and check the rest. It was gross, my guests and I could not eat it.

I recently moved to lindenhurst and decided to try this place. I was extremely impressed it was delicious. Place was clean and small but really good. The chicken parm panini is to die for! I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back.
