I don't know if Ms. makes it clear to you that in most places they are not obligated to provide bathroom service. I have personally dealt closely with the owners, great people, we must be careful when reacting a bad review can affect an image, adding the education we must have to complain, so let's enjoy the delights of Punto Pan ?? ?

Got the worst experience with the owners daughter today. Went there with my 4 year old to buy arepas and chorizo (only good thing they sell here) and my daughter had to use the bathroom. I understand that there’s a policy but the nasty way she spoke to me telling me that i had to go somewhere else because the baby can fell on the floor. I went and looked for the bathroom across the street. The pizzeria place which i recommend and they are super nice. Anyways lol so i came back to pay and she was standing there with her ugly self and attitude. So ofc i gave my attitude back telling her to charge me and she didn’t. She said laughing on my face i dont want to. Than the mom came out yelling both of them par de guissas sin educacion. La mama un poquito mas buena gente pero iguales de galemberas. They are about to open another place around the corner dont go there if you dont want to be stabbed basically ?

I like the products they make, they are fresh and good ? but I have a suggestion regarding the employees since as it is a public business, there are different people from different parts of the world with different customs, for example in my country, tell them love, my life, mommy ect for us it is not correct, I in particular do not like that, whoever accepts it is their problem, I hope that they as employees understand my opinion and my customs are respected, thank you
