DO NOT GO HERE order your cream and cake elsewhere. This store I placed an order for a cake a week in advance for pick up at a certain time. I went to pick it up on my break from work and it was not ready they told me they would drop it off when it was. When I got the cake dropped off it looked nothing like the cake online that I ordered and they forgot the candles. The eyes on the Spider-Man cake were advertised as light up and the lights were broken. On top of that I called baskin Robbin’s customer service on Friday and the guy I spoke to said they will issue me a refund, I checked with customer service again today and they told me no refund was started. This company is a joke and this store is a mess. Such a headache, go to carvel instead.

I had the most amazing experience at Baskin Robbins on route 112 in Coram on 2/4/22. I called up to order a custom cake because the app wasn’t working. Alli answered my call and proceeded to help me find a cake for my granddaughter’s 13th birthday. I needed a vanilla cake with Oreo ice cream and there was none to be found. Only ones available had chocolate cake. Well, Alli took my phone number and started searching for the cake I needed. She called several places, including corporate office. She searched the additional freezer at her location. She was texting pictures of various cakes to me so I could decide which one I wanted. After all her hard work, she found the perfect cake!!! I thought she was the manager, but she’s not!! Alli went above and beyond to find me a cake!!! I am now a loyal Baskin-Robbins rt 112 customer!!!! Thank you Alli!!!!

Never going back to this location again. A friend of mine told me of the recent experience he had at this location, where this Indian lady put fear in the employees informing them to start charging for toppings and limit the amount of servings of the ice cream special. The girl at the counter, I don't know why but she tried to charge him $14 when every Tuesday there's supposed to be a special $5.49 "buy one double scoop ice cream and get the other for free" I guess treating your customers right is now out the window...well time to find a new location ?

Despicable service! I usually go to this location mainly on Tuesdays for the buy one get one free double scoop ice cream special. My most recent visit was an awful display of "customer service" as there a lady obstructing the employees to restrict the amount of toppings I can have. First things first it does not state a limit or choice of toppings you can have, I typically ask for 2 wet/2 dry without any issues. Steer clear from this location because they will try to overcharge.

Had to change my review to 1 star; from great service to no service. It is stated that this is a 24 hr location yet, while workers were inside, I was not served, nor were the front lights on. Highly disappointed after getting SUCH great service the first time coming here.

Will not come back. First we walk in and wait 5 minuets to be greated. As we're waiting to order and the entire time of visit an idiot is vacuuming the icecrean fridge I'm glad your being clean but do this after close It was loud and not appropriate while the store is open. We order and they were out of everything we wanted from toppings to flavors of ice cream and even proper cups for sundays. They had nothing! We ordered and the kid making the stuff took 20 min to assemble 3 Sundays. Took way to long. Ordered 2 warm cookie sundays each Sunday had 1 cookie not 2 like the menu says and the cookies were rock solid and cold. In and out took 25 min and they were out of everything. I don't need to come back to this location ever again.
