Had a terrible experience the lady taking the order at the drive thru was nasty and unprofessional, why work in a fast food place? If you you are going to be rude to costumers? I drive 25 mins to this burger very disappointed.

Missing fries- wrong drinks- cold burgers. Manager had attitude when asking for the food. Manager printed receipt to prove me wrong and then was embarrassed when she saw I ordered 4 meals. I’m very patient with fast food workers as we know society is full of mean people now a days.. but this location needs to be revamped.

I checked the other reviews and I guess I’m not the only one. I asked for more sauce and they were rude claiming they had to save it for other people but they had an attitude whenever I would ask for anything. Cup holder, ketchup, ranch.

We usually go out of our way to go this Burger King. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. The employee that did these decorations deserves a raise. Happy Holidays.

The woman who is the manager is a horrible person!!! Rude, disrespectful, and has a disgusting attitude!! Don't know who promoted her!! I work in the food industry, I know how it works and I would never talk to a customer the way she did!!! I place my order on DoorDash and all I asked for was extra sauce for my meal!! I didn't care if they charged me if anything I understand it and am totally ok with it! If the manager acts this way I can't imagine the staff! Definitely never ordering from this place again!!!

I got 2 chicken wraps from them and the taste was horrible 😩 made my stomach sick.CHICKEN 🐔 was like a piece of wood 🪵I went back to them next day complaining about this issue they refused to give the refund.
