I normally go to this location while at work. So I placed an order but didn’t change the pick up location and the order went to Corum. When I called the store, they say that I ordered at the wrong location. Hi had asked them to give the order to somebody else if they would happen to want it. The person that answered the phone then offered the next time I order just to mention it and he would take care of the bill great customer service and truly appreciate the offer.

This had been my go to place for iced coffee on my way to work for years, lately the iced coffee has been so bitter I've been going to a different dunkin further along the way. Just stopped again for the first time in a month out of convenience and it's just as bad! Very disappointing
For all the reviews saying the workers are rude- I actually find them to be very pleasant and nice! I wish the coffee was still good

I went to the Dunkin donut and Baskin Robbin’s at 1852 NY-112 Coram NY 11727 today 10/3/2025 at 7:35 in the drive thru. I had placed a big order for my family as we were celebrating and wanted our favorite ice cream! As I got to the video the women came over with all my order and aggressively placed it on the table and signed very loudly, I tried to give an apologetic smile as I have worked in food service and can understand the annoyance, she continued to make nasty faces and say nothing to me expect the total to which she slammed the change into my hands, then handed me my stuff with no goodnight or anything. This put a very bad taste in my mouth for this location and personally highly unlikely to return as it’s a waste of money to be treated in such a way

Reason #47 why I go to Starbucks……. Walked in, 1 customer ahead of me. He ordered, stepped aside. I ordered 2 donuts and a coffee. 4 people behind the counter, 2 customers in the shop, wait time approx 10 minutes. I had dropped my dog off a couple doors down at the Vet, I asked if they do a Pup Cup. They do and much to my disappointment, they charge you $1.09 for a pup cup. First time at this location, last time as well. Boo Dunkin, nobody else charges for a Pup Cup. I don’t mean Boo cause Halloween is coming, I mean Boo in your customer service and a Pup Cup charge

It does not matter what time of the day or night you go there the staff are extremely rude. You say good morning while picking up your order you get a nasty look. You come in the evening to pick up donuts you get attitude from the staff as if you shouldn't be bothering at night. The coffee tastes stale and to be honest I rather spend my money where you are treated with respect.

Went to order a pumpkin spice, the lady taking the order via the drive through mic was speaking in a manner such that I asked for clarification for what she said. I was met with a gargled response with attitude. When I got to the window to pick up my order [10 pumpkin spice munchkins and a chocolate donut] I got a bag with a squished chocolate donut with munchkins pilled on top, appearing as if they shoved all the donuts into the bag with no regard, purposely giving me squished donuts. I asked why they are were all shoved in the same bag and the lady walked away with a smile on her face a came back with another bag and said I don’t know. Overall an unpleasant experience and will definitely be going to the other Dunkin on 112 so I can be met with professional and service that doesn’t involve me donuts be thrown into a bag and squished.
This used to be my go to location for fresh donuts I actually worked here when I was really young making all the donuts in the back with Alex. Today in my most recent experience they have inexperienced workers that don’t know the real lifetime of when the donuts are made, are they made in house still? What are times they make the fresh donuts or put the fresh batches out? This girl said they make the donuts only once a day now so the donuts they have when they open at 5am are the same donuts they have when they close at 10! I was very confused and didn’t think this would be possible as when I used to work they would put fresh donuts out every shift change being they cooked the donuts in house. I just left because I just simply wanted fresh donuts or when to come back to get fresh donuts and they were not very knowledgeable or helpful at all. I asked for a manager and there was no manager in store that could clarify this.

I did an online drink order, grabbed that inside with my teenage daughter. Then wanted to get 6 donuts and a box of munchkins. This big male employee thru a huge fit when I tried to order saying that I can’t order online and in store. He grabbed a box and started shoving glazed donuts in the box not what I wanted and was very aggressive scaring my daughter. He then started throwing other donuts in. Then I told him to forget it, I’ll go to another location. My daughter seen him violently throw that box in the trash. Never again. Very poor behavior!
