Staff couldn't figure out how to ring up the ice cream. They had to call someone. So funny to watch. But they were friendly. Waffle cone was old and gross.

The coffee is always hot and delicious 😋 😍 but the Donuts, danishes and bagels were hard. Just a suggestion they should be keep enclosed in a close case to keep then form getting hard. 🤔😒
Guy who works there needs to get another job, can clearly tell he hates his job, just continued glaring at me, didn’t acknowledge me or ask what I wanted, also they always mess up and close ahead of time.

I went in and one of the workers(super helpful) got yelled at from the manger for doing her job and felt so bad after she told me she has to pay for her food/drinks for break. Unbelievable I instantly told her to sue because is wrong! Never coming in here ever

Ordered a $50 cake from this store via the website and paid in full. When I arrived a few days later to pick it up, they did not have my order, despite the manager insisting it must be somewhere because she made it. The 2 girls there looked for the cake up front, and then asked my husband to go look in the back room FOR THEM because they "can't stand the cold" and "can't lift the ice cream boxes in the freezer." He did, and was disgusted to see the unsafe and unsanitary conditions of the back room and storage freezer. My order was never found (they think they gave it to someone else) and I am now STILL fighting the franchise manager over 2 months later for a refund of my order that I did not recieve. They offered me a dozen donuts or a free cake instead of my $50. Won't be going back to this location after seeing the filth in their back room, and how incompetent the employees were.
