When this first opened I loved it!!! I would come multiple times a week but it has gone sooo down hill. The rice became gummy and disgusting everytime time I came. My avacado was brown and hard as a rock. A few times the shrimp were slimy and gross as well. I stopped going here months ago. Luckily, The Poke Stop opened in Port Jefferson Station and they are excellent.

I loved my experience at Poki Poke . The service was amazing . Jason was very patient as I was indecisive on my order. I’m very picky with my fish and this place didn’t disappoint . I ordered the Toki bowl , kani salad and bubble tea . Everything was delicious I will be back !

The food has just gone downhill. I am constantly missing things when I order online and the portion is getting smaller. I used to get a full bowl and now it’s about half full. I’m disappointed to say the least.

Oh my god what happen to this place??? I used to love their bowls I think it might be new management or something not sure but this was my healthy spot that was really good and food was fresh and now it’s so disgusting the shrimp I couldn’t even chew it was so gross and I used to love the shrimp here everything has went down hill even the vegetables taste not fresh and strange. Such a disappointment based off other reviews I’m not the only one seeing the change for the worse so I will stop coming here. Really unfortunate.

The bowl was absolutely horrendous. We are missing half of the toppings we ordered. The sauce that we asked for on the side was on dumped into one of the poki bowls. My tuna is a gross color and it taste blah. Will never be ordering here again.

I ordered two build your own bowls through uber eats and it was missing more than half of the ingredients. The salmon and tuna looked horrifying. It went right in the trash. Do not order from here.
This is absolutely the most DISGUSTING FOOD ESTABLISHMENT ALL TIME. I’m taking my food to the health department now. Do NOT EVER EVER EVER allow yourself to get robbed like I just did. Check my reviews. I eat out all over. This place is disgustung going horrible food. Staff is useless.

What happened to this place? When they opened everything was excellent. They have been steadily going downhill. No avocados and a lot of selections also “out of”. Prices are sky high for this small bowl. I thought the last time was a fluke but after today I can see they are clearly struggling. Too bad. I won’t be back.

Highly disappointed! I’ve gone in and ordered a few times and haven’t had issues! Today I ordered on Uber eats and half my order was forgotten and/or overlooked. Will not be ordering from uber again and may not be going in for awhile. This was a huge oversight but the employees in the store and it isn’t cool!

This restaurant is absolutely horrible. 2/3 times rice is barely cooked, got sick from their food once already. Can never pick up their phones, and when they do they aren't happy to help you. DONT GO TO ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS!
