This is no longer Ralphie's Chicken & Gyro, but they have the same phone number. I called in an order, and when I arrived, that's when I found out. Food was not good and it was not what I expected since it was a totally different restaurant. Do not go here if you are expecting the same food you used to get because the restaurant is gone. Not happy that I paid for the food and left. I should've walked out. It was a total bait and switch. Never going back.

This is a little spot off 112 with big flavors. The combo platter over rice was huge and so fresh tasting. The white sauce was one of the best I've had. My daughter got the gyro and it was huge. Great prices for everything.

So let me give you guys a little bit of my background.. I lived in New York City for ten years and then I moved to Miami for 19 years. If you know anything about these two cities, you'll know that their food scene is highly competitive and have some of the best restaurants in the country. I moved to Coram a month ago and noticed how few 4-5 star rated restaurants were around. Being a foodie, and extremely spoiled with delicious food all of my life, this worried me lol! So today I was hungry and stumbled upon this place. The reviews were great and the menu looked pretty appealing so I decided to give it a shot. Delivery: I ordered through Yelp which is affiliated with grub hub and it took more than an hour to be delivered. (Not the restaurants fault) Owner: I called to see if it was a delay with the food or the driver and to my surprise the owner answered. This man was so genuine and honest . He told me he doesn't start making any order until a driver is assigned in order for his food to be delivered fresh and hot to his customers. He told me that grub hub is having an issue with very few drivers, which is why my order took so long. He used to have his wife deliver, but unfortunately she got in an accident and cannot do it anymore. His customer service and superb hospitality was extremely impressive, so much so that I knew his food was going to be great as well. Food: yum+amazing = YUMAZING! the owner is a man of his word. The food was nice and hot when delivered and the quality and quantity was excellent. I ordered the corn bites everyone has raved about and now I see why! They are crunchy on the outside and so soft and flavorful on the inside! I'm officially addicted! Unfortunately I don't eat meat so I couldn't try his other specialties, but I ordered the fish and it was so delicious! The portion was large and I have enough leftovers for dinner as well. The fries and the macaroni salad on the side were also wonderful! I am so happy I found this little spot so close to my new home! Finally some good quality food in Long Island that met my expectations! Will definitely be coming back and highly suggest that you give this place a try! You won't regret it!

One of the worst places I've ever been. The place was dirty and the guy who helped me was extremely rude. I asked him if everything was in there and he literally cursed at me and got in my face. When I got home the order was of course wrong and the food was terrible.

Tried Ralphie's for the first time. Not original owners. Very friendly. I had a chicken gyro combo with french fries. The gyro was good and filling. The chicken was chopped and seasoned, not slices as usually found in gyros. The french fries were crisp and a very good amount. The prices were good. What concerned me was the place looked not well maintained. There was a glass deli case that had 2 pieces of chicken and you could barely see the glass.

food is fair at best.gave them 90 minutes to prepare my order,it still wasn't ready when i got there.they forgot my dinner rolls.however,the value is good.only if the food was good.the worst french fries i've ever had.dry as a bone.stay away!!

It can be a bit salty at times. The fried chicken is really good though. Crispy, seasoned and fresh to order. Crinkle fries are crunchy and hot if you live nearby. Halal is decent. The salad in halal plate is fresh. My son really likes the fish over rice. My husband likes the mixed chicken and lamb over rice.

Solid 3.5 stars but still no half stars on yelp. I defiantly like Ralph's chicken. The chicken was fresh and the service was fine. No on was there so I guess that's why I was served so quickly lol. I am rating on the chicken but there was nothing really special about Ralph's. I do not know why they have so many 5 stars reviews. I guess long islanders have not really had some real good fried chicken. Let's call Ralph's what Ralph's really is. It's a Kennedy Fried Chicken in disguise. It's Halal fried chicken with middle eastern spices. The sides are basically frozen or processed. Did not try anything else on the menu. So if in the neighborhood I will stop by. But will not go out of my way for Ralph's.

After living in Coram for about 4 years, hubby and I decided to give this place a try for dinner tonight. Boy, are we mad we haven't eaten here before. Great portions, prices are good but the food is excellent. I can't wait to order from here again. Hubby got the hungry man 5 pc of frIed chicken dinner ( he couldn't finish it), I got the clam strip platter and we shared the corn nuggets. All A+

Found this little hidden gem tucked in a strip mall. I'm a Gyro connoisseur and his is the best I've found outside of the feat of mother Cabrini festival. The owner is almost always there he's cheerful and friendly and makes great food. This is a great munchies spot I've had the burgers which were skinny looking but they were so satisfying I ended up going back the next day and having another. The gyros both lamb and chicken are moist flavorful and always fresh, the fried chicken is as good as mine and I've been a chef for 15years. This has easily become my favorite neighborhood place. I have continued to be a regular here for almost a year and have never been disappointed other than running out of apple pies. The food continues to be consistent and the service friendly.

Family away for Dance Recitals and all entire weekend. I craving a real good Gyro and most places are pricey or just not authentic with Lamb . Well this little Gem was hitting a stretch off Lotto ticket . I had a Gyro and Lamb over rice , holy awesome. Tasted Authentic and the owner so sweet and kind . He said come back and yes I did with my boys ( Dads with wife's are not making Dinner) . Now it's a hot spot

Just moved into the area and tried this place as me and my boyfriend were craving some fried chicken! Delicious delicious delicious! We ordered the big man meal to split with curly fries. Chicken was fresh and juicy! Jalapeño poppers were yummy as well. Delivery took a little while longer then expected but that hasn't stopped us from ordering here a 2nd time! Chicken was just as good the 2nd time and this time we tried the burger too. Again this was not a disappointment. We have not ventured off to other items on there menu but Great spot for some fresh fried chicken, apps, and burgers! Give it a try

Went here twice so far and can't go wrong. Ordered the fried chicken meal(5 piece chicken fries 2 dinner rolls $8 and change), burger,mozzarella sticks, and jalapeño poppers. Everything was hot and delicious and the prices you can not beat!! Will definitely be coming back!!
