Can’t ever order on the app cause it always says they never have anything I want. What’s the point of the app then? This location needs new management or it might as well close down cause we find it useless at this point.

This Starbucks location literally sucks. Every-time I go here the cafe is closed for some odd reason, and today an employee slammed the door right in my face as I was walking in. Absolutely rude and annoying. I have never been to a Starbucks that does this. So weird, and do better, seriously.

I frequent this particular Starbucks and this past evening I was so warmly greeted by Ashley. She was so compassionate, caring, truly listened and made me one of the best almond milk decaf cappuccino’s that I ever had in my life. She was very gracious, generous and accommodating and really stood out to me.
I also want to recognize Tristan and Azy who were very helpful and kind as well. This store is run so well and I feel such positive energy when I come to this location. You won’t be disappointed.

This location sucks. I asked for one coffee straight off the menu and they screwed it up. When I politely asked them to remake it, they screwed it up again. I think they were high. I ended up just taking the coffee and leaving. Sad I wasted money here.

I work for a utility company. My job is to mark underground utility locations so that they aren't damaged by excavation. The area I had to mark extended from a neighboring property, partly into the Starbucks drive-thru. I asked if they could close the drive-thru for all of 5 minutes so I could safely get the job done, and the staff refused. Trying to complete the job while cars are moving is both a hindrance and extremely dangerous.

Local Starbucks by me and it’s awful. I ordered on the app to go pick up my order, well the girls had the doors locked. They opened at 5am and it was 6am already. She watched me going to open the door and hysterically laughing while I walked back to my car. Then she finally decides to open the door and my drink has no berries in it and made horribly. And this Starbucks is constantly missing stuff for their drinks
