I work for a utility company. My job is to mark underground utility locations so that they aren't damaged by excavation. The area I had to mark extended from a neighboring property, partly into the Starbucks drive-thru. I asked if they could close the drive-thru for all of 5 minutes so I could safely get the job done, and the staff refused. Trying to complete the job while cars are moving is both a hindrance and extremely dangerous.
My local Starbucks. This location is the best run Starbucks Iāve ever been to. Staff is excellent.

They never make the drinks well and I have been there many times and they have never given me either the coffee or the iced drinks, very bad service from the staff!!

They made my Matcha latte just right! Friendly service.
One person who works here doesn't know what 1/4 inch creamer is here and when he makes it it's always a milkshake

Local Starbucks by me and itās awful. I ordered on the app to go pick up my order, well the girls had the doors locked. They opened at 5am and it was 6am already. She watched me going to open the door and hysterically laughing while I walked back to my car. Then she finally decides to open the door and my drink has no berries in it and made horribly. And this Starbucks is constantly missing stuff for their drinks

This is my local Starbucks on Rt112 Coram. but itās managed horribly. Unacceptable. Corporate needs to get involved with this location. On Numerous occasions the Front door is locked. Customers cannot enter lobby, when I asked why the front door is locked, the kid at drive thru windowās response was āstaffingā issues. Hello Starbucks, this is not the patrons fault, this is on your end. this is not the first time the front door was locked. Iām not sure if You can lock employees in store during business hours, may be fire code violation, Iām just concerned about safety. the drive thru is open but Multiple times Iāve been there they donāt have any fraps, no cake pops etc, this is unacceptable and itās time now to tell all. I was told that Amanda is shift leader, and was refused by employee at drive thru window when asked for amandaās last name. The store manager I was told her name is Judy. Thatās all. Judy and Amanda. This is unacceptable. Note: guys this is STARBUCKS, you set yourselves apart from the competition, I had to go Dunkinā Donuts instead, but Iāll make Dunkinā Donuts my go too from now on until Starbucks changes their staff and get better at CUSTOMER SERVICE and appreciates their customer base.

Iām not often at Starbucks but made several visits over the last few weeks. I often change up my drink but like to try to Cortado with Brown sugar and oat milk. 7 out of 9 stops over the course of several weeks they did not have brown sugar.
They asked if I wanted to sub out the brown sugar for a different flavor. The drink is not the same without the brown sugar.
Iāll usually drive to a different SB and never have an issue getting this drink anywhere else.

Excellent shrimp parmesan, a la vodka, & veal franchese. Great service. The chef especially made me a napoleon without chocolate when I said I was allergic.

For some reason, the coffee here tastes different; bitter and of lower quality compared to what I usually get at other Starbucks locations. Is it the water, the milk, or the brewing process? Iām not sure. I even gave it a second chance by visiting twice, but unfortunately, it was the same experience.

Todays breakfast is just like every other breakfast for my daughter they never put what they suppose to in the bag today my daughter had a grill cheese on rye bread my daughter and i was confused we ordered a cheese danish between the food and drinks itās like they are purposely doing this Starbucks owes me big time extra vanilla, sweet cream and cold foam i pay extra yet it is never in my coffee! horrible loyal customer since 1994!

Come here almost every morning and Iām recently new customer to Starbucks and āgraceā that works here is SO NICE AND GOES OVER AND BEYOND HER DUTIES (so does the woman with the red hair Iām sorry I donāt know your name!) but came here because was curious to see if was any other complaints about the guy and he works there only a few days BUT MY GOD the reviews arenāt wrong lol legit NEVER had my drink wrong (itās legit the simplest right from menu) and ONLY was wrong with him and before that when you pull up like other reviews have said he literally answers in a monotone almost on purpose āI hate to be here what do you wantā attitude itās ridiculous he has a job still lol.. And when got it wrong heās not even sorry he has the same stupid look on his face like heās half stoned/ almost too good to be working there ego itās weird.. But the reviews are right if get Christian triple check your order and expect to order to someone that sounds pissed off that youāre there even ordering lol
