Wow this place is the most disgusting place I have ever seen. They pull the cold cuts from behind a? , somewhere you can not see and the vegetables are not very good looking.

DO NOT COME HERE The workers there very disrespectful wouldn’t give me my food for uber cause they thought I was stealing when I clearly showed them my order will never go here again terrible place and the owners should fire them very unprofessional and they just lost a customer and money cause I’m charging my card back

Barley any meat on the steak sandwhich that's $13. Can just goto Jersey Mike's or somewhere else and get a better sandwhich

I walked in today and they had only flat bread. I kept asking for garlic and herb..it wasn't a language barrier, they didn't bake anything else 😢. If you have construction or painting going on ,you should close the store. It was a disgusting atmosphere..

They had a small sign saying they were not accepting any Buy 1 Get 1 coupons due to high food costs. We all have high food costs these days. I went elsewhere. Hope they go out of business for being greedy.

Me and a friend came in yesterday and the guy working there was rude we had a coupon but he said both sandwich he had to charge 2 dollars we didn’t like the way he talked to us so we walked out and got food elsewhere

I came in at 8:40 because they said they open at 8:30 and it’s pitch black inside i don’t know if someone fell asleep but seriously now I have to call to double check if they open before driving

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered my sandwich and the man was on the phone the whole time to start. Then I had a $2 reward on the app from my previous purchases that I wanted to use. The machine would not scan the barcode on my phone and the manager/cashier told me that I could use it another time. I told him I'd like to use it today because it expires soon and I received the reward and would like to redeem it so I asked him if there was a way they could honor it seeing that it is on my account. He responded that he couldn't and it was late he had to leave so I had to use it next time. So I responded to him saying that it was 10pm and the store hours are listed open until 1030pm. So then he was able to take the $2 off of my meal. I thanked him and paid but then he wouldn't give me my receipt and told me to never come back to this store. So I said excuse me and he replied that he doesn't want my business there and to never come back. Never in my life have I been told that I could not go to a store or been shown that type of customer experience. It was not my fault that his machine wasn't working properly and I go to subway quite often and use their rewards program so I should be able to use the rewards that I have been rewarded without being told never to return. I could not believe that that was how this man talked to customers. I was completely appalled. He wouldn't even give me my receipt or let me earn the points for that visit. This man was the most rude person I have ever met and I work in retail as well.
