This isn’t the first time and it probably won’t be the last but almost every time I walk inside to purchase food every single employee looks and makes eye contact with me, but will not come and take my order or anything. Same thing that happened again today all I wanted was a drink on this hot summer day and I couldn’t even get it. I had to go across the street to the Burger King. Terrible service I would rather go to the Taco Bell in Patchogue or the one in port Jeff, but stay away from this one

Jamie (I hope I spelled it correctly) was amazing! She helped us out with kindness and provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was perfect with our order. Jamie truly went above and beyond; she definitely deserves a raise! 🌮👏

Only used the app once before, so I wasn't sure of how to get or use a reward. The lady at the speaker was so rude simply because I was asking questions. Pretty sure they're supposed to help customers instead of antagonize them. Didn't want her to spit in my food, so I did not order here. I don't recommend coming here if you're new to using the app. I recommend going out of your way to the Selden location. MUCH better service and nicer staff.

The staff was professional and friendly, but the food was cold by the time I got home, even though I live only six minutes away. It seemed to be more wrap than anything else, as I had to constantly peel off the tortilla to taste the food. I’ve never had this issue with Taco Bell before. I'm not sure if it was just because it was late at night, but I didn't enjoy it as much as I had hoped.

It’s not the people running the register it’s the cooks literally nobody in line and then they tell you can you pull around and wait next time I’m just saying no you guys can speed up the drive through or you can tow me you and then wait for 15-20 minutes it’s That’s ridiculous it’s like this every time never coming back here again you come here for fast good defeats the purpose when you wait forever and nobody is in line. I can understand waiting for food if there’s a long line and what not I’m not an unreasonable person, but this Taco Bell is absolutely terrible

Myself and two friends just had the best service from Noe, an employee at the Coram Taco Bell. He went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much Noe. This establishment should acknowledged Noe and his excellent customer service. A true of example of a hardworker, with manners and the sweetest smile. This is the kind of customer service you dont see anymore.

worst taco bell on the island i didnt know ordering one quesadilla and nachos and cheese takes 20 minutes and was asked to park on the side for my order, once i did get my order, they forgot to give me my cheese. it seems like all fast food have occasional rushes or issues but this one caused me an extreme inconvenience as i just wanted to eat on my break and there was only 1 car behind me and one who pulled up as I pulled up to the side doors. so dissatisfied

I gave this location 3 shots to get it right. The line had been jam packed every time waiting between 10 & 15 just to order. Then they make you pull around the front to wait some more. They are understaffed and under poor ownership. Save yourself time & aggravation and go to ANY other locations
