I showed up at Burger King at 9:30 AM, expecting it to be open as listed online, but was disappointed to find the entrance blocked off. Clearly, they don’t want customers if they’re making it impossible to enter at an advertised open time. It’s frustrating to see staff there and the place just sitting idle while customers are turned away. The owner needs to address these issues because this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here, and from all the other reviews, it seems like I’m not alone. Wasting money on staff just to turn away paying customers doesn’t make any sense.

Soggy and clearly old fries. However because of how late I was there (1am), they had to cook the chicken fresh, which meant I got a hot, juicy, and flavorful original chicken sandwich. So it wasn't all bad.
Oh yeah, because it's the Thruway be prepared to spend $60 on food for 5 people.
You'd probably be better off hopping off an exit and eating someone else close to the Thruway.

Onion rings were cold Manager shrugs and says they are held in a warm unit Lights to the fry and onion ring warming tray are off. Must be magic since it works without warming lights

Ordered buf nugs got reg nugs asked for bbq sauce none put it and took like 25 min for 8 of the wrong kind of nugget

Thank you for not being open at 9 a.m. this morning for me to get breakfast and helping me broaden my horizon. I discovered that Paneras breakfast sandwiches are phenomenal! I'll be stopping here instead of Burger King from now on..
