I walked into this place based on the high rating and I needed a cup of coffee after coming off the Thruway and I didn't want to go to a chain restaurant location. I walked in and, it wasn't busy, there was cute decor and classical music playing on the stereo. Bought a delightful selection of baked goods and coffee. I wish that this business existed in my neighborhood, I would spend quality time and money there. Will return on my next trip through!

Ordered ahead for my daughter and I's lunch break: The rosemary panini and roasted red pepper are amazing: excellent flavor, fresh, and filling without guilt! An amazing lunch with competitive pricing that doesn't break the budget. The pastries are light, buttery, and not overly sweet so beware as it will be easy to reach for another!!!! The owners greeted with smiles and warmth and had I had more time, I would have sat and chatted like old friends!Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free breads and treats that I will try at another time.Parking: If you are lucky, there is free street parking that is close to the entrance. There is a parking lot in the back it is further from the entrance.Kid-friendliness: Both adult and kids will be oooo-ing and ahhhh-ing over their treats and gifts!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access easily through the front door but it might be difficult maneuvering inside if it is crowded

Cute small town bakery with a lot of selections.We went in on a Sunday at 11 knowing we had a short time to stick around and have a quick snack before they closed at noon. We were quite surprised with how much there was to choose from with being so close to closing and everything looked amazing.We decided to try some turnovers, a croissant, and a cookie which all tasted amazing and the prices were very reasonable.The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had our kids with us and some messes were had which we felt awful about but the staff helped us clean up and even gave the kids a treat as we were leaving. We will definitely return and recommend to everyone we know as it's been hard to find such a fantastic bakery with such a great atmosphere since moving to the area.If the owners/workers see this sorry for the grumpiness I might have had from kids being kids and thank you for all of your kindness❤️

Very saddened to say today was my first experience at this cafe and will be my last, as well. I was excited when I walked into the cafe with my sister as the baked goods looked promising and the cafe was clean and inviting. Unfortunately, the staff was not. The woman behind the counter was very abrasive when her EFTPOS system crashed and there was some uncertainty as to if I had already been charged. Her system was saying that I had not been charged, when my online banking did reflect that I had already been charged. I simply wanted clarification that I had not been charged before swiping a second time, but this may have been too great an ask. She angrily and loudly verbalized “I don’t have time to research this right now. I have other customers and now I have to make two paninis!!!” (which was a reference to having to make our order). As customers we felt like we had inconvenienced her by asking her to do the job she voluntarily showed up for, so we sat with our thoughts at a table for a few minutes before deciding to leave the cafe (Luckily the charge on my account later reversed itself). Everyone has bad days and that’s ok, but how you react to it, is what matters most. All humans (not just customers) deserve to be treated with respect and although the cafe was visually appealing, the customer service was horrendous and rather unusual.A final thought - peruse the lower star reviews for this cafe before visiting. Although the overall rating is 4.5 stars, the subpar customer service appears to be an ongoing problem for years now and since it is a “small family owned business,” is not likely to change. Owner comments on customer reviews tend to be loaded with passive aggression and apathy, as well. Thanks for reading!

Unusual. Lovingly and rustically furnished, great selection of cakes, pastries and warm dishes. Staff super friendly.The boss of the house gave us each a large piece of pecan cake, which was really exquisite. A wonderful memory of our vacation. Warm greetings from Germany and “Thank you” again.

Not a very good selection, it was dark inside not bright. The lady was on the phone for quite a while and did not even say I will be right with you. I really did not see anything that wowed me. If customer service lacks to me so do the baked goods. She never made contact with me or even took the time to give me a 1 mi ute finger sign. Nothing,....she just kept talking and ignored me. I left and will not be back. OWNER Even rude after my posting she lashes out at me as a POTENTIAL customer. This is exactly why businesses close after a couple years. After reading other reviews about bad customer service it seems my experience was not a one time occurrence.Parking: Parking lot is small, was not sure if you could park in front or not.

This is a very cute place just outside of Darien Lake in Corfu. A friend and I met 1/2 way. The bakery items were great! I will come again to meet my friend and try new items. YUM.

Very pleasant experience here recently; this was my first time returning to the bakery in many, many years and I was looking for a super last minute anniversary cake for my parents. The owners were so nice and accommodated me in a snap and made a delicious, beautiful cake. I ordered the white sponge cake with cream cheese filling and white buttercream frosting and it was fresh, moist, delicious and oh, again, so beautiful. Thank you guys so much! We will be back!
