Ordered a sandwich paid for extra bacon, sandwich had no bacon, when I asked them to fix it they took 2 pieces of cold bacon, crushed them in their hand onto the sandwich and said there you go. This was their finished masterpiece.

Bad tasting drink and even worse customer service!
The middle aged white woman at the register was unfriendly and answered my question with an attitude.
Then she asked me what size. I hesitated for a second because the menu only showed one size. She immediately repeated herself “SMALL, MEDIUM OR LARGE?” Geez lady, I heard you loud and clear the first time.
She was okay and making jokes with the two other white male customers before me. So perhaps it’s not much of a customer service problem, but a racism issue?
The “refresher” drink costs $5 and tastes super artificial and leaves an unpleasant sour aftertaste in my mouth. Worst $5 ever spent on a drink and worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin.

We ordered three drinks in total, and one was made incorrectly. On top of that, all three large cups were only filled to about 70% of the volume—actually less than what you’d get in a medium size. This is honestly the first time I’ve ever encountered something like this.
Terrible customer service! Lette machine was broken and we were never told, we waited for 30 minutes, until we ask and end up getting a refund. Austin (the short one) don't know how to care for customers, took order and walk away without saying anything and wandered in the back, until we ask what was going on.. 30 minutes!! We are traveling and this was a big waste of time!!

Some of the worst teens and groups of coworkers I’ve ever seen in my life. Just dropping food on the counter, not calling out names. Just standing there and gave attitude when we needed something redone because it wasn’t done right. If you hate your job then find something else. Management should really look into these clowns they hire. And that’s coming from a 21 yr old gen Z.

Food was cold was given the wrong drinks service was trash the staff from 6:00 to 7:00 am was completely unprofessional i was treated with an attitude my grandma as well and she didn't get what she ordered right overall horrible experience do not recommend at all to stop there they all need to be retrained on costumer service im saying this from a costumer service employee myself.

This is a great dunkin to visit on the highway! The staff are quick and frienly, and the food was tasty. I was going to do the 6$ deal (breakfast sandwich, coffee, and hashbrowns), but unfortunately they cannot use that deal at this location. Anyways, I got an iced coffee and breakfast sandwich which was served quickly. I ate/drank at the service centre. The service centre had a lot of nice seating options that were clean and spacious. The bathrooms were also very clean. Overall this is a great Dunkin and I would go again if I ever was travelling on the I90.
